I'm all for being green and recycling but not sure why my bag for the blueberry scone has what I hope is chocolate in it ? I appericate the effort of the staff, at least they corrected my drink. I ordered a trenda but received a tall at first...after some light teasing eachother it was quickly poured into the correct cup with more ingredients added so "remade" in a sense.
This location does this thing where they ask you *questions* WHILE YOU'RE IN THE DRIVE-THRU which keeps the drive-thru line WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING. One morning I was literally asked, "What is your favorite tree?" Into the black menu box I said, "What??" "What is your favorite treeeee?" "Did you say 'what is my favorite tea?'" "TREE! Tree! What is your favorite tree??" I'm staring at no less than TEN cars behind me in the rear-view mirror, the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building and I'm thinking to myself, 'did this guy just ask me about my favorite tree??'" On another visit I could hear the Starbucks employee in the drive-thru window talking endlessly about his bobble-head collection while the customer in the car in front of me was driving off mid-chat. ...When I got to the window the employee asked me what I was doing to save the Earth. Again, cars wrapped around the building. Management is either absent or completely clueless about the purpose of a drive-thru. ATTENTION MANAGEMENT: the whole POINT of a drive-thru is to get in and out quickly. You would be far better served REGULARLY checking the connections from your headsets to the ordering box to make sure your employees don't sound like a snowy TV, and having our food and coffee WITH NAPKINS at the window when we drive up. (People who eat and drink in their cars need napkins.) If you want to have meaningless chit-chat, do it with the customers INSIDE who clearly have time to chat!
The staff here is super friendly, however the service is extremely slow and what’s with all the questions asked through the drive thru? No one wants to know my favorite vacation destination or Disney character. If they didn’t have to ask so many questions maybe the service would be quicker. I’d order via the app but the items I order are always sold out on the app.
Please stop asking customers silly questions in the drive thru line. Especially early in the morning. I appreciate the friendly service, but it holds up the line and is just overall really annoying.
Every time at this location!! They never add whip cream and coffee cup halfway.
Coffee was made perfect...and had they not forgotten to give me my sandwich they would have gotten a 5 star. I stop going to Dunkin because their coffee was watery and they always forgot something. Do better!
I go to Starbucks like maybe once or twice a year and that's always sufficient enough for me to realize why I don't go. I ordered a cappuccino the smallest size and literally got three quarters full of a cup my daughter ordered the current flavor of the month pistachio frappuccino and quite literally it's a milkshake with pistachio flavoring I don't even know where the coffee is because you can't taste it. The brownies that we order were good, that's about it. The display case where the pastries are obviously displayed had little flies flying around in there plus there were a few small little flies flying around inside the store which begs to question as to the hygiene and cleanup of the store overall. The staff is nice young hip kids doing what they got to do to pay the bills. I prefer Dunkin donuts any day of the week the prices are much more reasonable and quite frankly the coffee drinks actually taste like coffee, because there's coffee in them.
I got to say, really bad service from one employee. Ive been there at least 2 to 3 times per week the last year Most of the times they are super friendly with him. Today i went and theres one guy that basicly yell the dog cannot be there cause he didnt had his vest. He had see me before. Plus he didnt even ask, he just said it. Sorry i forgot to bring the vest today but no worries, i will go to another place from now on.
Be careful don’t pay with your credit card and don’t lose sight of it I ended up buying a whole bunch of refreshers to do a tasting for TickTock I guess they thought that this girl has money and they stole my credit card information keep in mind my credit card had about $14,000 available to use so that was really scary that they had access to that and they made car payment and insurance payments with my credit card they put it to it being recurring so what that means is even though I disputed the charges the first time since it was saved in their system they kept on charging me so at the end of the day I had to dispute it about 3×3 months huge process huge investigation and I ended up canceling my credit card because I didn’t feel comfortable nor safe with them having my information so please be careful if you’re going to pay with a card pay with a gift card or cash don’t trust them the manager that I spoke to is a nasty tall skinny waste of space of human treated me disgustingly telling me that if I was sure that was his location and I said yes I am sure to do card I haven’t used it besides this location and it occurred a few hours later and the payment went through the following day so yes I’m sure that it’s this location and even them told me that they have a new person now there that aren’t trustworthy but he denies that even though the other manager told me and at the end of the day be careful they’re stealing your credit card information they are stealing money from it and it’s a horrible location and it’s not safe
One guy in the drive thru is SO aggravating… he try’s to be personable and hold a conversation but can’t do it well because multiple times he has got my order wrong and I can’t help but think it’s because he’s doing too effing much?! Just take my order and let me go on about my day.. I called to complain the last time I was fed up and the manager gave me a credit to fix it.. when I called the district manager claimed my name was never written down then switched his story and said two weeks was too long to wait to use said credit… not to mention when I was on the phone I HEARD someone in the back ground say they remembered me coming thru thr drive thru all the time. TRASH SERVICE. And the district manager can still SMD!
