Considering it's in the center of citrus park mall and all the people they must serve on a daily basis, the manager who took my order once has remembered my name and greets me with a smile every time he sees me walk up . Super friendly guy with a cheerful disposition. I can see why he was promoted so quickly and transferred to a new location . I wish him best of luck If could remember names as well as he does or I would have mentioned it here
I’ve visited this location often over the past month; the staff has been friendly. There was one time that my order was wrong, but they fixed it. Other than that, everything has been great!

The area was a bit messy, not well kept and this is in a mall, not sure if that's on starbucks or the mall itself and the barista's that night weren't the best and not informative at all, maybe it cause they were teens but still, they should inform the custs of when products are out of stock and unavailable BEFORE letting the cust purchase.
My 12 year old ask for Cotton Candy Frappuccino and the cashier with a beard and his name started with a K was rude to my daughter. I asked him for a whip cream on top she told me rudely it comes with it and then when I got the drink there was no whip cream and the girl that handed me the drinks said they’re out of it rudely.
This is my favorite Starbucks, and the manager is Zach and he is amazing!

Love the vegan options now available. They have almond, coconut, and soy milk options. The prices are not high and customer service always is outstanding for this location.
My all time favorite place to get Coffee.
Asked the barista if the Pike was fresh. She replied it was several hours old and said she would brew it fresh. Two minutes later my coffee is ready tasting as bitter and as burnt and lukewarm. Give it back and say ask for a fresh cup. Barista thought I wasn't looking poured another cup and then proceeded to add hot water to it. I'd be better off brewing my own coffee at home. Pathetic.
