This is one of those locations where the baristas don't make the effort to communicate.Overall, an air of laziness and aloofness.Update - 3 March 2022: this location, on a really slow Wednesday afternoon, managed to be late with a mobile order placed 20 minutes prior to arrival after the app quoted a 6 to 9 min lead time.Upon arrival, there was only one person in line and two cars outside in the drive through. The place is a bit filthy too.This is clearly a location with managerial challenges.
There are times when my order is on point. On a few occasions they have made my Frappuccino drink taste like ice only.

This staff is always courteous and authentically polite. They had all the patience in the world for helping me build the perfect latte recipe for repeat use in the app.Hit the movies up and the walk on over the Waters & Anderson Starbees. You won't regret it.
As a former Starbucks Barista this place absolutely nailed it. They got my order down to the T, everything I asked for was done, at many Starbucks’s they don’t do everything to cut back on time and that causes customer experience to go down. That’s the most important thing I always put first and they more than pulled through. This is my new go to Starbucks now ! Thank y’all and have a great one !! :)

They took forever to make my coffee everyone that walk in after me got their stuff even drive tru I went inside because I wanted faster service but it was otherwise and when she finally called my name, the coffee wasn’t even ready she was going to make it . Unacceptable that I had to wait over 20 minutes
