I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location in particular. Everyone is super friendly and they’re relatively quick with drive thru orders, but they are always busy. It moves fast though! Honestly, I’d recommend walking inside and ordering your drink, because it’s always pretty empty in there (at least whenever I’ve been there). You usually get your drink way faster than waiting in the drive thru. Every time I order online on the app, my drink is always made and ready before my estimated pick up time, so I never have to wait long for my drink. The only downside is their parking lot and it can be difficult to enter from Linebaugh if traffic is heavy. I’ll continue to be a regular at this location!

Love the workers been coming here for years but they need address the drive thru situation especially coming from Linebaugh where I live.. I’m not sure seems like the remodel made it worse ..they don’t have any signs stating that you aren’t allowed to enter a drive thru on that side which everyone does it doesn’t say exit only or no drive thru entrance the people don’t know that’s not allowed…I got harassed by a customer the whole way even until getting my coffee she was yelling at me and honking her horn the whole time.. it took a lot for me to stay in my car and not approach her it seemed like she was an employee because she called Starbucks right away in the line behind me and complained to them about me entering through Linebaugh but I’m not sure this was all because I came in through the linebaugh side and was waiting there before her she kept yelling at me saying I had to go around ….even as I approached the window to receive my coffee she still kept going very persistent… manager came to window and explained to me that If I’m entering through Linebaugh I have to cut through the back medical plaza go back on to Dale mabry and turn into the starbucks but that plaza has signs saying private property or tow away zone didn’t think that would be allowed I appreciate the manager not charging me for the coffee. if I knew she needed her coffee so bad I would’ve just let her go infront but please fix this issue to prevent further problems from happening..they lost another loyal customer because this was one of the top most embarrassing moments of my life

They didn’t find my order. I insisted her to look for my name. So this Asian girl employee went ahead to make Java chip frappe then called me to get it I noticed no chips and I asked about it. She said oh we don’t have it. What kind of customerService is that?!?

Makes good drinks but the drive thru is horrendous and makes it not worth going there. 9 times out of 10 you’re stuck on Linebaugh blocking traffic all while being cursed out by the person in line in front of you (who likely hasn’t had any coffee yet) bc they think you’re trying to “cut” in front of them. I have even tried to go around the building to get in line but guess what, you can’t. You’re met with a delapitated deck, which I assume was once for outdoor seating but now is just a planter box for overgrown weeds. If you’re in good health and your blood pressure can withstand it, then go for it. Otherwise, I would just pass on by.

I like the food more than the coffee . The thing is the small details i am noticing like the air vent are gross and they never take trash outside but other that that it good

Great place, great food but service to the walk in customer needs improvement. There is a near total focus on drive thru, others focused on stocking shelves. The lack of greeting the walk in customer is disturbing. I've experienced this situation 4x at the same location. The customer is the life blood of any business, the absence of the customer makes any business just another warehouse of products.

Okay, so I may be a little biased because I was a Starbucks barista…but I love this location.Park behind the location or in the corporate parking lot to the left. Don’t even BOTHER trying to dive through. This location is ALWAYS busy and the drive through is insane…while the lobby is completely empty. Park, walk in, get your coffee before a car even gets through the line. The baristas are super sweet no matter what time of day, and always put a smile on my face.

I found this Starbucks to be really nice. It was very large inside. They had some nice plush sofas and seats to sit on. They had lots of seating and tables inside. I was a little disappointed because they were actually out of what I wanted but, I ordered a different delicious Starbucks drink and of course it tasted great. The staff was very friendly here. I would return to this location again.

WARNING: Do not go to this location anytime you are planning to meet with someone. The music at this location is absurdly too loud. I’ve contacted management several times and all they do is email you back a generic email to apologize and state that they will address the situation. This is simply not true. Starbucks once use to listen to it’s corporate accounts but now we’ve become just another transaction invoice number with a receipt in hand in exchange for our business. Long gone are the days when real human beings could offer genuine feedback. So what now, we don’t have a choice, we have to deal with the environment as they see fit, or go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I’ll go somewhere else.

The crew here is absolutely amazing and they brighten my day every morning! I love that they all know me and pronounce my name properly! From the drive through to going inside is the BEST experience I've ever had at any Starbucks I have ever been too!!! Great Job ❤
