Convenient for residents of channelside, quick with mobile orders, great staff. I’ve never had a problem with drinks here!!
I've been to this Starbucks a few times and each experience has been great! My drink is always made perfectly and staff is always friendly!
This place is always busy. The staff are great but some of the customers could be better humans.
Employee got sick on shift so we requested a refund and returned our food and drink. We were told we couldn't be refunded and were given a store credit for $20. When we went to the next starbucks they told us the card had never been activated. Very frustrating they lied to us at the channelside location just to get us to leave.
Convenient to restaurants, aquarium, Cruise line and the wharf. Fromcheck in to check out all the staff was extremely professional. Wonderful breakfast selection and plenty of dining space. We will definitely return to this location.
Initially I had left a bad review for this Starbucks location but after coming in and speaking with the manager I have to say this location has really turned it around. Leadership has done a great job with making sure to teach her staff how to take care of her customers with great and timely service. Great coffee, great people. This Starbucks is the best!
I wandered into this Starbucks because my car was in an auto shop nearby. The service was excellent, particularly the barista Patrick, who was friendly, helpful and made me feel great even when I couldn’t quite decide what I wanted and then realized I had left my wallet in the car. Barista’s like him make me feel really comfortable in a cafe. I plan to take advantage of the lovely service and relaxed atmosphere again later in the week.
I would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff was friendly and the bed was super comfortable. The room was also very clean and organized. The morning staff that were in charge of the breakfast stations kept up with cleaning each station frequently to make sure that every guest had a good experience.
Stayed at this hotel because they are associated with Tampa Memorial Hospital, they offer a shuttle service to and from the hospital which was very convenient . As far as the accommodation the hotel was GREAT the people on the front desk were always kind and helpful they made everything easy, Directed us to where to eat they always had our transportation booked, back and forth to the hospital.The rooms are bright and very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was served very well and the food was very good. Depending on where your room is the street noise can be a bit loud we didn't have that problem. If I complained about the hotel I would be lying, It was a very good stay.
Excellent suite. Our family loved it. Great location. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer. Honestly, this place was superb. Very satisfied!
