Always a bad experience here, but I love sonic so much I keep going back only to be disappointed. Paid $2 for extra chili and this is what I get

The quality of the service provided and the menu offered must be the same no matter the time of the day. Within the operation hours I don't care if you are anxious to bolt out of the restaurant because you boyfriend is outside waiting for you...We arrived 11:35 pm, enough time as the restaurant closes by midnight... We parked in one of the stalls, it took us a few minutes to pick our order and we pressed the button, someone answered and said, "I will be right back with you", after 5-8 minutes the voice came back and said, sorry but it is too late and only the drive thru is open, and the turned off all lights of the drive in...We made to the drive thru, just to be told because it was late they also were not serving ice cream or shakes...When we got to the windows a few employees were screaming with each other because it was 11:59 pm and they should not be getting more orders no matter how long the line was...The restaurant owner should be there at that moment to witness how much money they were not making because the employees were kicking customers out of there....If you want to get home sooner and have time to properly close the restaurant post closing hours 15 minutes earlier and do a nice job while it is open... After you close you rush to finish your shift...

Eek.... they need to hire better employees and more employees. I understand it's hard to find a good staff. I've been a Sonic addict since August of 2008... this is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been to! This location is on Fowler across the street from the University Mall. I definitely wish this location the best because they need it.

Drove over after work, posted closing hours are 12. Arrived at 11:22. Get to the speaker st ~11:33 after it seems as though everyone in front of me is being served, and I was told they were closed. Don't get me wrong, I understand staff shortages and the need to close early sometimes. But the fact that myself (and one other car) were there in line for 10 minutes until they decided to close early is, frankly, ridiculous. I won't be coming back.

i just left here and i’m honestly so annoyed i don’t even want to go back for them to fix it. first of all we ordered a combo and they didn’t give us the fries or drink at first and acted like we were making them do extra work by getting us what we paid for. then we got a large chili cheese fry that was only half full and poorly put together. we also ordered pretzels and they didn’t give the cheese sauce to go with it, so are we just supposed to eat this dry? all of this on top of the fact that they literally cleared our order off the stalls screen and we had to call and ask them where our food was. i didn’t realize working at sonic was that hard

I came here to pick up a mobile order I sent in at 9:16pm yesterday (May 8th), didn’t even get my food until 10:00pm. I was given stale inedible food, that you can tell is days old just from looking at it and tastes old. My drinks were melted and not to mention I was given the complete opposite drinks that I ordered. I wanted strawberry limeades but I received strawberry lemonade drinks. The line was nearly out to the road and the employees just seem to be playing around and unorganized. I would’ve went back around to resolve my issue but they would’ve been closed before I got back round to the Drive-thru window.

After sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes by the speaker where you order with no one answering me I pulled up to the window only to have the guy working there look at me like I wasn't there. When he finally opens the window and asked "What do you want" I told him what I was sitting by the speaker and his reply was "We are short handed".... I was the only person there. How many people do you need if there's no one there. Think someone needs to fix this problem. If you want to go someplace and wait by the speaker to order food then this is the spot for you.

Came here at 3 in the afternoon and our food was fresh, fast, and I think his name is Elbert, has super sonic customer service!! He greater us with a huge smile it was great. Love to see it!!

Hour long waits, rude staff that ignores you. Multiple bad experiences, if you press the button at a stall they say go to the drive thru even if yoy have an app or a pick up order and don't stay on the mic long enough to hear what you need. They wait until the last minute to tell you something is out, so your shakes melt while they make somehting else. Just go to literally any other locationContacted customer support and they were only going to give me half my order amount back. Just issue a charge back.

Moldy cheese, the ched r peppers were soggy, and my kids got sick after eating from here.... Never again and a free pretzel won't help the situation
