I have been to two SoFresh locations and this location is definitely my favourite. The food is so so yummy and the staff is super friendly. I always get the sriracha veggie bowl and I love their decision to serve the tuna raw instead of seared. Come get your next bowl or smoothie from this place and you will not be disappointed, especially if served by AJ or Lucy!
I have been here twice so far. The first time my experience was good. The second time (today) I had nothing but an unpleasant experience. The food was nasty. Chicken wasn’t cooked properly and I originally ordered another bowl and didn’t like it so I asked if I can sub for something else and the young lady charged me for another bowl and gave me attitude. I didn’t want to argue so I left things as they were. Not coming here again lol
I love So Fresh. I actually order(ed) from there at least 2x a month until today. I will NEVER go back there again after I was verbally attacked by BILL WOLF, the owner of this store. I was there to have lunch with a friend so this was all witnessed by another person as well as the cashier behind the counter. It all started when I asked Bill to wash his hands after I saw him rubbing and picking his nose. He was handling the utensils for the food prep, the order screen and other surfaces. He didn't offer any apologies but only told me, "you don't have to eat here. You and your friend could go somewhere else." He told me he didn't care if I wrote a bad review but to just leave. It was unbelievable that he would refuse to serve us because I spoke up about his hygiene and the cleanliness of his store. However, he continued to demand that I leave because I was explaining how horrible his customer service was and how one should treat valued customers. After I left the store, the owner apologized to my friend but never to me. She had already ordered, paid for her food and sat outside. Since I was refused to be served, I walked around the corner to Publix. When I got back to my friends table, he had given her a FREE bowl but would not even look or speak to me. I might not necessarily agree with the customer is always right but I do believe that a person should always be treated with respect!!!
service is always amazing and the food is delicious! 10/10 would recommend

Food didn't taste fresh which is ironic lol.The veggies had that smell of old produce and didn't taste great. Definately disappointing ?
Not so fresh! The mushrooms were bad. The romaine was turning brown. Got more white than green. Too expensive for the price after I got done adding everything I wanted to add. Didn’t enjoy my food. Smoothie sucked! Guy offered to make me another one because part of mine spilled out of the blender somehow but I said no I’ll just take what survived. He was nice but wouldn’t go back for the food. Slow service too. After I finished eating the salad I noticed there was no garlic herb chicken in it. So I went back in to the store and the kid was nice to give me some. I wasn’t missing much because I couldn’t figure out if chicken was over cooked or under cooked and didn’t taste like garlic/herb. Overall the chicken was hard.
We love SoFresh! A quick, healthy, tasty dinner when you’re in a hurry or just don’t wanna cook. Yumm!
