Horrid experience, as it was completely empty on a Monday at noon in a super busy USF business district. Should have taken the hint but was pressed for time unfortunately. Ordered a pita with citrus chicken that was around $12 which should be worth $5 or less as it was tasteless and the chicken seemed to be old and of dark meat. The employees were cursing loudly at each other and one of them decide to go out to smoke right in front of the entrance. Real class of people that the employer has hire for his establishment. Everything seemed to be overpriced which would be fine if the quantity and most especially the quality was up to par with the price point. It is not. Not even close. Sad really, because I do recall when they first opened a few years back as it being decent and health oriented establishment. However, this last experience will unfortunately be the last one for me. It really deserves a “Zero” star review for shameful display of employee behavior.
my order was wrong but its because the guy who made it was lackluster and unfocused. morgan was a nice cashier. layout is cute, wont be back anytime soon.
SoFresh just like the name implies. Amazing customer interaction upon entering the store. Great atmosphere overall cleanliness good. Great place to work, employees seem happy. I will definitely will come back here at this establishment
I have never written a review in my life but felt like I needed to for this place. If i could give it zero stars i would. The service was absolutely awful. The workers were so unprofessional. It was constant complaining, they were cussing at each other, and the overall behavior was beyond rude. I felt as if i was a pain to have ordered food. The kitchen was unsanitary and as I watched the workers prepare my food, i realized they did not wear gloves on both hands. The one guy looked as if he was about to go hunting…. When I got my food i opened up my container to see a white like cream on my noodles. I tasted it and it tasted like actual poison. I went back in to get my money back and the manager took down my number and put it in her personal purse because she said she wasn’t able to refund me at the restaurant. She could only do it on her computer but she had forgotten it. So she told me that when she went home she will refund me and then give me a text…are you kidding me??! I’m suppose to just trust that this random lady and going to give me my 20$ back? I will never be going there again.
The bowls we got we're delicious, both of them.For mine, I created my own and chose the quinoa and brown rice as my bases. I was surprised when I got my bowl by how well-seasoned and tasty those 2 things are on their own; for example, you can really taste the lemon flavor from the first bite.I chose the avocado dressing and the Impossible meat and it was fantastic. Also the portions were enough for 2 meals, we definitely took our leftovers to go.The lemonade was also really good and the vegan chocolate chip cookies are excellent! (very soft and chewy, very satisfying)And I don't want to forget to mention that the customer service was extremely pleasant. The young lady at the register was very sweet and she had a very sweet smile to go with it.Highly recommend this place!
This is right up my ally! All items on the menu are gluten free and they are super allergy friendly. I got the comfort bowl and added chicken and also go the kale and apple smoothie. They use almond milk in their smoothies and the pesto has almonds. This place was awesome!! Definitely will be coming back and wish we had one of these in Colorado Springs :)
Used to visit this location on a regular basis. I feel like the food quality has gone down and the restaurant is pretty dirty. Ceiling supply air diffusers were surrounded by dirt and dust, which is getting blown into the space. Pretty gross.
We are visiting Tampa from Nashville, TN. We wanted a good healthy, fresh dinner after eating out with all the fried and unhealthy. We saw SoFresh and thought we would like the menu. I ordered the Boca Wrap (with grilled chicken) and my husband made his own wrap with grilled shrimp (pescatarian). Both were delicious and FRESH! It was great for a TOGO dish. Ordered online and ready in 15 min. Wish they were in Nashville,TN!!
I ordered one salad from here for myself. It was 20$ I didn’t order anything special on it. No la cart. Just as is. You would of thought I went to a 5 star restaurant. Yes It tasted great. However That’s too expensive for my tastes. This place is over priced in my opinion. Support a local fruit stand for the same so freshness. Instead of big these big chains that are just out for themselves that pay low wages to employees.
Love this place. This particular location always seems to have the best warm bowls. It’s wonderful to have a healthy meal made from scratch in only 10 to 15 minutes. Thank you to the staff their consistency and consistently making good quality food.
