Super yummy smoothly and very helpful ladies at 6 pm. The place is clean including the bathroom.
I used to only go to nektar but I finally gave up on them and I'm glad I did! Smoothie ? always blends perfectly and that's really what a smoothie is about. I will continue to come here instead of driving all the way to Kennedy for inconsistency.
0 stars. AWFUL experience. Staff is extremely disrespectful, rude, and acts like you are bothering them. The staff couldn't bother to get off their cell phone for 1 minute to take my order. It took 20 minutes to get my drink when I was the only person in the store. The service at this location was bad before and somehow got worse. For a quality brand it is amazing that corporate allows this to continue at this location.
I had a smoothie delivered by uber eats, it had tape covering the straw whole, etc. While drinking the smoothie I almost swallowed a big piece of what looks like a blended piece of jewelry (see pics). I dump it out into a bowl to see what else is in there, a PILE of crushed metal at the bottom of the cup! I call the store and the guy literally tells me this couldnt have happened at his store because none of the machines are broke! Mind you I know they just hired new people and whatever else but he had nothing to say! Zero help! I’ve ordered alot from this place but lately the service has been TRASH!
This is the 2nd time this Smoothie king has messed up my order. Today they added bananas instead of strawberry and mangoes which is what i asked for and my other drink which was the carribean way didnt have banana and bananas come in the smoothie. And they both came watery and had no sweetness to it. Honestly really bad experience.
No masks on anyone. I find it hard to believe all three of the staff working today were vaccinated. Gross to have people talk over an open blender. I’ll stick with the St Pete location where they are still being cautious.
I've been ordering the exact same smoothie for the past 30 years, a medium hulk with Greek yogurt instead of ice cream. The staff refused to make the substitute and the manager very rudely told me that I was literally lying because no smoothie king anywhere would ever make this smoothie and he cheerfully encouraged me to take my money elsewhere. .As a local small business owner myself, I can tell you that having customer-facing management and staff in place like this is your worst nightmare. I would fire this guy in a heartbeat.
Good prices, & options. They work quickly. The smoothies were good, and great customer service.
Terrible experience at this location! Ordered a 32 ounce hawk strawberry and come to find out that I’ve been sipping on mini blended plastic pieces of some type inside my smoothie! I don’t know what was blended up into my smoothie but I didn’t realize it until I thought they were strawberry seeds so who knows how much plastic I consumed. Need better awareness of what is being implemented in the smoothies !
