Always have a good experience with Smoothie King. Im lactose and had ordered a smoothie that happened to be a dairy one, though i checked the dairy allergy. They were nice enough to give me a call and help me get basically the same drink without any dairy in it.
Claims they open at 8, I get there at 9:15 and the doors are locked. This happens all the time. Please update your hours.
Went there yesterday first of all was not greeted at all. Stood there about 5 minutes still not acknowledged or even looked at.The 2 member staff had no customer service skills. Also note there was no one in there.
Maybe hire people that don't close an hour early.... glad I wasted my time coming here just to see lazy employees close early
Unfortunatelly Totally terrible… they never understand my order and bring my order completely wrong. I just wanted to give a chance because the place seems very healthy and cozy. But it is completely disappointed for me. I never go there again. I never recommended and ordered again.
I’m here 8:45am heading to the gym but wanted a protein smoothie before I workout.. Smoothie King on Swann in SOHO.. hours say open 8-6:45 however this place is closed!!
I love this place, but rarely spend my money out as I am frugal.... but their hours say 8pm and its 645pm and they're closed.
This place will just randomly close down hours early whenever the staff feels like it. Made a special trip there Oct 31 a little after 7pm. CLOSED almost 2 hours early with no warning or explanation. Very unprofessional,and no way to run a business.
Nice staff and very quick service. Cant ask for anything better.
Service with a smile. Promptly greeted. Smoothies were completed in less than 5 minutes.
