Excellent service, I always order 4 to go!
I come here frequently. Their smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there has been some customer service issues. But unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I reached out to their manager for some assistance, due to an issue I had one night. And the manager handled the situation with extreme professionalism. That’s what makes me come back. Their products are beyond the best. And their manager is great. Most of the employees are terrific. But you can’t let one bad apple ruin your day.
Just ordered food and none of the people there knew what they were doing. Employees cursing at each other. Just chaos. No thanks. We left without the food.

The lack of enthusiasm and lack of customer service made my experience regretful.The young lady that was working behind the counter absolutely will not interact with mywife and I I'm so disappointed.I will prefer driving a few extra miles and get better service!My date of service was May 11th 2021 after 4:30 p.m. so hopefully the management will know who I'm speaking about.
Way too slow. I made a few modifications to my order and the team took forever to execute. I love smoothie king but definitely will be going to a different location who can understand their customer and serve in a timely fashion without remaking or attitude. Quiet upset here.
