I like this place. Honestly, I find the Phó restaurants a bit better out in the Pacific NW area, but Simply Phó has been consistent both with food and great friendly service. I really enjoyed the Roasted Quail appetizer I ordered at my last visit.
It was our first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious. Pho was very tasty. We order de XL for each one. The ice cream was perfect. The service was excellent. They served our food fast and the staff was very friendly. We definitely will be back to try more items from their menu.
I visited this spot on a Tuesday a little before 7 PM. It was not busy at all and I was seated immediately. I did, however, end up waiting about 10 minutes before I was served, which I thought was unusual. I ordered the oxtail pho and the pork egg rolls. The oxtail pho was delicious. The noodles were very rich and thick but felt so soft and warm when you took a bite. The oxtail was not super tender but the flavor from the marrow was so succulent (if you're a fan, of course). This combined with the other ingredients made the broth so inviting. There was also a bit of sweetness to the broth that I really enjoyed but it had the perfect amount of flavor. On another occasion I ordered the filet mingon pho and their ribs along with pot stickers. All amazing except the ribs were a little overcooked in my opinion.Update: I visited again on 01/19/2022 and had their braised duck noodle soup. If you are a fan of duck you have to try this dish! If you have never had duck you have to try this dish! The duck was so tender and fell off the bone so nicely. Super rich and delicious. I hope they consider making a duck pho in the future.
It’s 63° outside and this restaurant has the Ac blasting. We sat in there shivering for 10 minutes without any service. It was packed and I saw 1 server.The reason they get 2 stars, is the couple next to us had some tasty lookin soup.They need to learn how to use a heater, and they need to hire more waiters.
Great food and fast service frome the friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Easy to find. Server WI was kind enough to suggest some food, all were great. Every visit has been great! I'll be sure to visit again soon!
The only restaurant in Tampa Bay Area that has gotten as close as my mom’s broth. 100% recommend the pho here
This is our first time visiting here and we love the food especially how close the location is from our place!The waitress was super friendly and food was brought out within 10 minutes. The space is a bit small so you might have a short wait during the weekends but we were able to get a table right away during the weekdays.We loved the pork chop and the pho as well as the Bo bun hue. The foods are super fresh and they are great especially on a cold day!We will definitely be visiting more often!
