Make sure to use HotelBolly.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any stay. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. The manager is a very hard worker. When we came to stay there she was so busy helping multiple people at the same time. She got everyone what the needed and saved the day. The breakfast was very good and the Riverwalk was beautiful.

Great place along the Riverwalk.

One of the worst hotels that I've stayed at. This is definitely not up to par with the expected quality and service of a Sheraton hotel. I booked this hotel primarily for the swimming pool and the fact that it was located right next to the river. Upon arrival, I was notified that the swimming pool was closed and there wasn't an ETA for when they would open it. It remained closed for the duration of the time I was there which defeated my reason for booking there. The rooms are old looking which can be seen from the decor and multiple coats of paint on the walls. My room was missing a sheer curtain. So I had a choice of either sunlight in the room but ZERO privacy or privacy but very little light in the room. Oh also, upon checking in, I was told the hotel was overbooked by 25 rooms. I can't imagine the poor folks who were bumped off their reservation...

The hotel is located in DT Tampa in a central location along the River Walk. Just a short walk to the convention center area, DT restaurants, the Arena and Port area which boasts some great eats as well. The hotel itself was under some minor renovations and restorations, but that was not bad at all. Local and regional management was onsite and talking to customers about the painting and renovation. It was no disruption at all, but their attention to talk to guests about it was great. The shining stars of this property are its' staff. From check in with Samantha to morning kickoffs with Chef Guillermo manning the omelette station and Michelle and her smile bringing us coffee, to the staff at the poolside bar, and the housekeepers being kind, this property is fortunate to have some of the most friendly and incredible staff in the hospitality industry. The managers offered drinks in the afternoon and constantly checked in with guests. Such a delight to interact with folks who enjoy their jobs and share that with those around them!

Love the location. Walking distance to some great places. Also our girl Sheila Haynes was amazing!! Made sure our room was up to standard. She was very friendly and caring! Give this woman a raise!!!!

The staff was very friendly. This is my second stay here. Maintenance is an issue since my last stay before C19. I chose this hotel for the balconies. The location is incredible, we didn't need to drive anywhere once we checked in. This was an R&R weekend so we didn't go out except to walk and try new restaurants and bars. Many great restaurants close by. As far as the hotel and room, a lot of maintenance is needed. Steam clean couches and floors, walls need cleaned and painted. Windows need cleaned. The toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall and holes left open. There was a new holder added to the front of the counter, at least. I liked the soaps and you will get very hot water and water pressure, which is very nice. Many hotels lack in this area. The bathroom was very clean. The outdoor bar area is nice. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. The Riverwalk is incredible. Very nice area to stay. Every staff member we had contact with was very friendly.

Excellent Excellent Excellent service. The bartender Pilar is A1. Drinks the best I’ve ever had. Great conversation. Every experience I’ve had with her & the staff has been beyond exceptional. Thank you Pilar, Thank you Sheraton

This property needs a complete refurbish. Check in took 40 minutes, our room was not clean, bathroom was dirty, tub was pathetic old and dingy. Hallways are dark. carpets are dingy. The only good about this property is the location. Do not book here.

Sheila was a delight this week! We came for a week long company meeting and I felt very taken care of the entire time. We really enjoyed ourselves and Sheila was so kind and helpful. I’m glad we were able to stay here.

Marriott should ashamed. This Sheraton is a disaster. I work in hospitality and I would be fired if I allowed my guest suites to fall into the state they are in with scuffed walls, rusty and scatched luggage racks, and door knobs replaced look horrible. The restaurant was out of steaks and our server, Hillary cautioned us against the grouper. She was terrific and brought us a list of other area dining options. In fact all of the staff were very customer forward. Many of the pool lounge chairs were torn up. The pool itself was cloudy. I made my dissatisfaction known with the hotel at the local level and received a partial refund, though I did not ask for it. I am happy to pay for the quality of amenities and service I typically enjoy as a Bonvoy member, but not for this experience. The front desk indicated that the hotel is due for renovations. They should have used the time during the pandemic to take care of it then.
