Not justified for cost. Rates are very high as compared to quality. Tandoori roti for 4.50 was rogansni nan bought from market and warmed Not recommend to any one

Don't judge a book by its cover! My husband and I found this place at the height of the pandemic. I was skeptical with it being in a gas station but this was instantly a new favorite for me. I have been coming here about two years. We have since moved about 30 minutes away and I now go back as a special treat on my off days from work. The owners are so kind and the food, to me, is delicious! Yes, it's a little pricey but the portions are generous and everything is expensive these days. Everything I have tried has been good but my go-to dish is the butter chicken. AMAZING! The hardest choice I have to make is how hot I want it! Honestly, the price is only about a dollar or two more than it costs to buy 10 chicken wings anywhere else, just for comparison. When you go to Saffron, you leave full (and with leftovers if you aren't a glutton like me) and you get an incredible homemade-tasting meal. I believe the butter chicken is $16.95 now and for further comparison, my husband just bought a meal at Taco Bell for $14. That's just life now, unfortunately. The gentleman and wife who own the restaurant are very helpful when it comes to choosing something new to try or if I bring somebody who is unsure of what to order. I like that the gentleman shares personal experiences and even in just our quick conversations, he has taught me about his culture which to me makes the food even more special.I see a few critical reviews now and maybe it's just my bland Irish-American palate talking, but I absolutely love the flavors of this food. I was just there last week with somebody who had never been and we were both raving about how flavorful all of the spices were! Yes, there is a wait at times which is why I quickly learned to plan ahead and call in my order if I was in a time crunch. Then it's no big deal. The wait is because they cook all of the food to order and because it is excellent food!In summary, if you go here (and if you like Indian food, you really should go), you will leave stuffed, educated (if you're open to it), and you'll be supporting some of the hardest working people/family business I have ever seen in my life.

Totally disappointed. Came here after checking on Google reviews. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and friendly. But the food is horrible. The two biriyanis were both dry (rice as well as chicken). The rice felt old and the chicken did not have at least a bit of moisture. Biriyani rice needs to be rich with spices but this was just bland. Coloring the rice doesn't mean it will get tastier. Got two spice levels and the spicy one just had paprika on top of the rice. The yoghurt sauce (Raita) had ragged vegetable parts. Three small Chicken pieces in each biriyani.Saw the owner mentioned that their usual chef is missing. (in some reviews, He also mentioned the same to me). The prices are quite high compared to the food they deliver. (16.99 for each biryani)My advice is if you are uncertain about the food, DO NOT SERVE.Not recommended.

We ordered from this location twice and have been really disappointed. We wished it could be our go-to Indian restaurant because we like Indian food and live at a walking distand from the place. We used to go to their previous location when it was a buffet. The first time we order at their gas station shop place, we were charged $26 for butter chicken and samosas. The food tasted good but was over charged. The second time my husband went for butter chicken again since not too spicy for our kids. He paid $17 for what looked like the bits of chicken that rest at the bottom of the pot, with lots of sauce and rice making up 80% of the container. We swore to never come back and would never recommend.

We were craving Indian food and decided to order from Saffron, since wenhad eaten here before the pandemic and loved it. Unfortunately it's not the same restaurant anymore, even thou some of the pictures and reviews are from that time frame. We ordered the food for carryout. We ordered samosas, garlic naan, butter chicken and paneer Tikka masala. The naan is not freshly made, as one would expect from an authentic Indian restaurant. It looks and tasted like you find in grocery stores. The chicken in butter chicken smelled fishy and was very chewy. Paneer Tikka masala was very sweet for my taste, the sweetness over powers all the other flavors. Lastly, I was not told that there was a 3% fee for using credit card till I got to the restaurant. Overall recommendation don't go here and will not repeat.

Is this called as a restaurant?(Restaurant inside gas station)This facilities running by unprofessional and greedy peoples. Health department need to investigate the quality of food. Not only food is unhealthy also check your bills twice before you pay, for 70$ bills they charged $2.00 service charge for credit card payment. For garlic bread, they are serving you ready to eat naan. Restaurant is charging $3.90 per nana.Poor food quality non professional staff. No basic amenities Charged wrongfully 2 Times. Even they had charged for water. Owner told water won’t come with food.I’m not recommending for any one.

Flavorful and filling! Decided to stop in before heading home and I'm glad I did. Before taking a seat I ordered Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan with the person at the counter they were friendly and helpful. After a few short minutes, my nose was struck by a flavorful aroma of herbs and spices, my eyes stretched towards the contrast of colors between the different plates. The garlic naan had thin-sliced garlic which gave the bread a beautifully rich flavor. As for the butter chicken tasted even better than I expected, there's something great in there I just can't quite put my taste buds on. I was so busy eating I forgot to take pictures for you guys! Oh Well.... I guess that means I have to go back :)

I have been seeing different post about Mrs Anita Crypto Fx everywhere and a lot of traders keep on saying reach out to her, I eventually did and it turns out to be legit. I did an initial investment of $1000 and I received a surprised profit of $12,250 after 6days of trading, I followed her instructions with which i invested and within a week I got back my profit, I started seeing good results. Last week l made a successful withdrawal. Just stop worrying she will help you out. Thank you very much Mrs Anita. Don't let the location fool you. This is the best authentic Indian food around. They're super friendly and offered suggestions on what to try. The food is fantastic. Yes, it's in the gas station, but don't let that stop you or it's your loss.

Dont let the fact it's in a gas station stop you from ordering from this restaurant. We needed a local Indian cuisine restaurant so we tried it. This is really good, fresh made food. We've tried numerous other local Indian and they range from ok sometimes -- to not good. This is good each time we've had it ranges from good to very good.We ordered again tonight, palak paneer, butter chicken masala and chicken korma. It was all delicious. Fresh cooking takes a little extra time, about 45-50 minutes for our order but so good!!My only wish would be specifically spinach pakora (but I've never asked specifically either) ? They have vegetable pakora, and slightly more char and garlic on the garlic naan. The naan was good, but it is a personal preference.Really good. We're lucky to have it in the neighborhood.
