Yes a million times. Came during lunch and it was busy so we had to wait 20 min, but so worth it! Server was quick and attentive! The chips and queso were some of the best I’ve had! The queso was so flavorful!! I got the chorizo taco and pollo taco + made it a platter! Great price for all you get! The watermelon margarita (with the better tequila) was tasty and refreshing! By far my fav spot for tacos / Mexican food! A little on the expensive side, but worth it for the quality of food!
I had a good dinner outdoors at Rocco’s. The outdoor area is shaded and has fans, which made the area comfortable on a hot night. My margarita was very good, Rocco’s has a long list of tequilas and mezcal, and the food was very good. Service was prompt and friendly too.
First time visiting this place. It was great! The nacho appetizer was a great size for a group to share and tasty. My dish was a bowl of chicken, beef and shrimps in sauce with tortillas that I shared with my boyfriend that was delicious! (wish I remembered the name of the dish) I definitely recommend it to anyone! Oh, and let's not forget the fantastic tasting strawberry margarita! Yes, definitely going again soon to try other things.
So the atmosphere is always great to me. I LOVE that Tampa city feel and this area, International area always gives me life. I would almost always swear by Roccos until recently ? ?. Which I'm accrediting to late hours and it being taco Tuesday. Because normally drinks are great, not watered down. Servers are normally energetic and always there to serve with a smile. FOOD is normally amazingly delicious especially the fresh made Guac! I hope that's the experience others have
Street corn is absolutely amazing, as well as steak tacos. I would highly recommend this place, super close to the airport as well. The service was quick for our large group and I think the ambiance of this place is sweet. Very unique with the Star Wars decor and more.
Service was great. We were seated promptly and, as it was our first visit to this restaurant, the server did a wonderful job explaining the menu items. Food arrived in a timely manner, considering the crowd, and everyone in our party was happy with their their meal. As for the cons, the price was high; our bill came to nearly $100–without drinks or chips—and that’s a bit much for lunch. If we were to returned, it’d be sans kids, but there are better options in the area, I’m sure. Overall, it was a nice experience but the price left much to be desired, and the decision to make chips and salsa an “extra”—as opposed to complimentary—is a poor business choice.
Enjoyed the food. I had the wet burrito and it was awesome. The fresh guac and fresh Margaritas were superb. Would've been 5 stars, but our server was slow.
Great experience, excellent food! Authentic margaritas! Fresh table side guacamole made to order! What more can you ask for? If you haven't tried this place, you should at least experience it at least once, you won't be disappointed. I had the pleasure of having the Carne Asada with cilantro. Food was seasoned to perfection and the steak was flavorful and tender.
Busy but very good food. Great service.
We noticed how busy this restaurant stays, always a good indication. We had lunch on a Monday and were very lucky to undoubtedly get the best waitress around. Darlene truly made our experience outstanding. We started with the guac made at table. We then both had a specialty shrimp taco (I've forgotten the name). Darlene said it was one of her favorites and now I know why. The shrimp were large, three in each of the three tortillas. The chips are served warm, always a welcome addition. The restaurant is large and the bar is huge. Darlene told us they have 120 different tequilas. Next time I want to have a margarita!
