Love Riverside, been going there for years. I had stopped because of the price increase, but they made a slight change. So, I am dining there again. The staff is polite and friendly. Love the cooks, the food is always fresh and ready just when they say. The restaurant is always clean that's what I love most. Keep up the great job!
Only because my God was fresh and hot but definitely have fell off. Let's start with the cashier taking my order and playing her game completely ignoring us as we ordered. I ordered the simplest meal for myself which was conch fritters extra crispy and garlic potatoes, that's not what I got. My bf thought he would get fries with his food but no. 5 wings & 10 small shrimp for 15.99 w/ no fries or drink... no way. We'll stick to our norm. Nice try tho.
Our waitress was very sweet, but the food was not worth it. The appetizer came out and she said it was very hot. Well the plate was hot, but the dip was cold. My husband ordered the scallop/shrimp pasta and it was cold too.
The crabs legs was a waste.. It was old, no favor even with the butter and garlic.. The price I paid, and the product I got, out weigh the price by 90%.... Don't eat crabs legs much, but after this I'm scare to spend the money again... sorry but it true..
Our Order Was Quick And Fresh. Delicious Basa Fish, Mild Wing Dings, And Yellow Rice.
Great food, somewhat of an ok staff. One day, I went there to get my food, as I was eating a lady In uniform came in the restaurant ( at that time I didn't know she was a staff member.) she looked my way i greeted her and she greeted back.I then continued to eat my food. While doing so,the other staff members at the counter were telling the lady that the dollar that she had picked up from the ground belonged to me. I didn't know at the time that I had dropped money on the ground, and that it must've happened after I put my order in and went back to sit down. After the other staff members told her the dollar belonged to me she picked it up and continued on to the back of the restaurant and yelled out " I don't care,finders keepers!" I then told other staff members about her attitude, that I wasn't worried about losing the dollar, it was more so the principle of the matter. If you found something, keep it to yourself as a blessing. Don't harp about it and then be rude when it wasn't even yours in the first place. On the plus side, The young man at the register Eric was very professional when ordering my food & understanding of the situation that happened. I would give this place a 5 star had it not been for my bad experience there
Oh my goodness!!! If you are looking for an up-to-your-elbow crab feast or a "I'm supposed to eat all of that?!" fish platter, then you MUST go to Riverside Seafood Market. Prices are excellent for the amount of food you will get. Everything was cooked perfectly. The biggest complaint from my group was there was too much food to finish it all.Great job!!
Still good & fresh. But just like pdq, don't show up Hungry and expect to be satisfied without paying a small fortune xD
Prices are twice what they are in other photos on here. Clean oil, fresh fried food, they take WIC which was interesting. Polite staff.
Hopefully this was a one time incident but I ordered 1.5 dz cooked crabs n they were the worst tasting crabs ever. Oil is the best way I can explain the taste of the crabs.Me and my wife literally took 2 bites n tossed thre rest in the garbage. They were literally inedible with thre smiling of grease. Hope they fix that mistake
