I would have rated this higher however I ordered the sausage gravy with biscuits. The dish itself was way more than I expected serving wise (four biscuits with gravy). My problem was that a portion of sausage patty was in the serving (not crumbled in the gravy). When I cut into it the sausage was very rare (almost red not just pink).The biscuits were a little under cooked and doughy in the center. For this reason I am rating low. My wife enjoyed her omelet and said it was tasty.
Not much of a wait to be seated. Our server, Gabriela, was top notch. I had the shrimp entree with slaw and fries. 9 good sized shrimp and healthy portions of fries and slaw. Wife had the roast beef sandwich and fries. Everything was tasty and on point. Gabriela even brought to-go drinks for us without us having to ask. Great experience all around.
A little disappointing I had their breakfast potatoes for my side and the were mushy and water logged. Not like they have been in the past. The tomatoes basil soup was great. Fried shrimp normally really good but the did not come out hot and the were a little greasy.
It was excellent. The 5 diners that accompanied me were totally impressed. Every one had a different ontray and everything was great. The food, the service and atmosphere was outstanding.
Sad to say Rise didn't feel up to par first got onion rings to hard to chew (they took it off the bill) my sandwich was good but the chicken noodles soup did not have any taste, but was filled with lots of noodles and stuff. The person that took out meals just popped down our meals and didn't say anything walked away. Our waiter didn't check on us so see if we wanted anything else, and yes he did get a tip. So those discussing onion rings sat there though our whole meal. My aunt got the mashed potatoes with gravy she go sick on them.. sorry won't be back
We were seated by some of the nicest people we've ever encountered in a restaurant. The menu was small but interesting. The portions were huge and flavorful. The service was timed perfectly. Everything was great. I should note that I HATE eating breakfast. To me there is no such thing as a good breakfast food (well, I guess I can make an exception for bacon). This morning, even I enjoyed my breakfast at Rise. We're here for four more days and we will be eating at least three more meals at Rise.
Delicious biscuits and gravy
I got there when it was fairly busy. There was a line of people waiting to be seated but our wait was probably 3 to 4 minutes at the most(I was in the elite line). Service was much better than expected given the crowd. Food was very good. I had the Thanksgiving dinner and tomato basil soup. My friend had butternut squash soup and have a smoked ham sandwich. This is definitely my go-to restaurant when I visit this casino.
Great customer service and helped me decide which item to go with. Excellent food as always.
Tried to sit at the bar since seats opened up before My order was placed and was told we couldn’t sit at the bar after waiting in line 20 minutes and watching some lady come after us and sit at the bar and have her order taken first. I should of simply canceled my order. Noodle Bar or nothing when it comes to eating late night at the Hard Rock.
