Food always taste amazing. Easy to put into macro counting apps and if you have MyFitnessPal you just scan the barcode. Customer service is the best by far by any other meal prep company I have ever used. So accommodating and overall just a Greta experience.

As the result of a Facebook ad, I clicked on the link and purchased the weekly meal program that this company offers. I have actually been a happy customer for quite a few months, and it is by far the best meal delivery service program that I have used. I have used about 5 different meal services over the years. Basically, it's like having a very high-end dietitian and Chef who works only for you. They mix the menu up every week and send you different meals that are extremely high-quality and delicious. The meat quality is particularly lean and good. What I mean is, the meat quality is not processed canned meat like what you get at a fast food restaurant... not at all... this is a high-end restaurant quality food like what you would get at Applebee's. And a good meal at Applebee's will cost me about 17 bucks after tip and then in contrast these meals I get home delivered to my front door for about eight bucks a piece... cheaper than a happy meal and it's extremely good for you, and I love the program. I highly recommend Rebuilt Meals. I've actually been speaking about this meal delivery service and my happiness with it lately. If you like to live life on the go and don't want to spend two and a half hours a day cooking, then this is perfect for you. You can spend more time with the family more time at the gym more time outside more time doing all kinds of things besides cooking, let them do the cooking for you and you have more time for life. And because all these meals are high protein meals you will lose weight while maintaining muscle tissue just trust me it works and they have really good customer service also by the way. I'm in South Jersey and messaged the account about whether they would also deliver to me. I got an immediate response, they checked my zip code, and confirmed they could deliver to me. Before ReBuilt, I tried a local North Jersey service (food was cheaper but kept spoiling halfway through the week and the macros weren't right for Keto). Then, I tried Trifecta (much more expensive and not well seasoned, but the macros were perfect so I kept at it). I decided to give ReBuilt a try and so glad I did ? Reasonably priced meals AND THEY KNOW HOW TO SEASON! Like, yeah, I'm dieting - but I still want to like what I'm eating... I waited until I got at least 4 deliveries to write this review juuuuuuust in case only the first batch tasted good - but no! Week after week, the meals have been tasty, stayed fresh all week, and helped me hit my Keto macros! I'm very pleased with this service, finally stopped looking for alternatives. The ordering function is easy enough once you understand the website. Definitely recommend.

I've been using Rebuilt Meals for a few weeks now and I am SO impressed! I wanted to use their meal prep service so that I would save time cooking and preparing my lunches. But I still needed to stay within my macros. Rebuilt Meals had exactly what I was looking for. The meals are always really good. The turkey and chicken are never dry. And there is always a great variety of meal options. I highly recommend them!
I have tried 3 or 4 of these services. This one is by far the best one. The price is good. If you can find one for less that provides the same quality and size of portions then I'd love to hear about it. Price is a big deal to me but so is quality and portion size and they do all three of those things very well at rebuilt mealsThe food is really tasty and it's stuff that I wouldn't make at home. I think that's one of the real advantages of these food services. You can pay $15 to eat fast food for lunch and get the same old garbage or you can buy one of these meals and try everything from Brazilian steak to Hungarian goulash.The food has a real homemade taste to it. Whoever their chef is, I got to give it to them.. The portions are really filling. The variety has been exceptional and often times with other services there are a couple of meals that don't ever feel like anybody would choose them. That's not the case with Rebuilt Meals. it's been really difficult for me to decide which ones I want every week.Customer service has been exceptionally responsive and that's a big deal too. They treat me like a very valued customer.I can't say enough good things about them.
