Made a trip in for the first time today and tried the protein donuts. The staff is very friendly and the donuts were so good and so adorable. Will definitely be back to try more things off the menu. It's so great to have a place with so many sugar free options in Westchase!!!
I have known Laz for almost two years now, having met at a place we both previously worked at proclaiming to be all about low prices. What he has going on here is absolutely amazing!! Healthy food and drinks and an atmosphere that is comfortable and tranquil making it very easy to feel as though you're at home. His hospitality adds to that and while on street parking is at a premium (although close parking is readily available) the location is readily accessible from anywhere in the Tampa Bay area. I come down from Pasco County just to see my friend and former co-worker, and to support his endeavor. And if you don't, you're never going to know what you're missing out on!!!
Really good place for eat something healthy
Just found this place. Very cool decor, but most importantly Very Good food that is high in protein. So hard to find protein like this that tastes good! A must try, especially for those looking to keep up with their protein intake.
Protein shake and tea I got here were both very good!
I left my protein shake at the house and decided to stop in on the way to work and I’m so glad I did. The place was beautiful, and the shake was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!
