The order is always wrong. I order on Uber eats and I am convinced that the employees do not know how to read. My drink is never delivered and they never give me the spicy chicken that I order. I hate this Popeyes. It is stealing when someone pays for food and does not receive it. I hope this place gets leveled by the next hurricane so I decent restaurant can replace it.
Bought tenders, shrimp, chicken sandwich, chicken breast, Cajun rice on this visit to get a variety of options.Staff was friendly and focused. Location could use a deep clean in the back area where food is being prepped ?, but drive through was filled up.Food was decent. It’s not a 5-star restaurant so I’m being honest here. It was decent enough to try but not something I’d be going back to eat. Too many other options.Overall, like I said, it wasn’t bad and if you’re in a rush it will surely get you over the hump.
Ordered 1 sandwich, shrimp and tenders also an extra side of Cole slaw. Paid for the order gave me a but not the drink. Corrected that look at the bag, look correct. Got on the road, no sandwich. Gone to far to turn around. The shrimp was tough.
I’ve tried giving this place chances throughout the last 2 years. It shouldn’t get a full star or even be an established business. Each time I come here, it’s like they downgrade on the employees. Went here today and ordered a 5 piece blackened, fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich. 3 cars at the drive thru took about 40-45 minutes. Inside dining had 4-6 people seated. The chicken i ordered, I got 4 tenders instead of 5, one of the tenders was not edible because it was still raw. The fries were good at least. They also forgot to give me my chicken sandwich. I didn’t realize any of this until I got to work with my food. Lost my appetite and felt sick after. Someone please shut this ragtag place down.
Looks like a lot of bad reviews but I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Hot and crispy! I topped it with their sweet heat sauce and enjoyed along with a side of Mac N cheese! Watch out Chick-fil-A!
It used to be one of my favorite ones to go to until this day. I placed an order online, apparently they can't read because I asked for white meat chicken and was given mixed. When I took it back to the window to let them know, they asked for the bag back. Mind you the box was half open and I was given my correct chicken with the box half open. I was in drive thru because the lobby is closed the last hour or whatever. I couldn't see what the MANAGER on duty did but I can tell from my previous restaurant experience that it was not proper protocol. We are still in a midst of a pandemic so he probably put my chicken to the side for another customer since they were closing in about 30 minutes or so instead of trashing it or letting me keep it which I didn't want it. Very disappointed and was afraid to eat my chicken at that point. ALL the Popeyes in the Tampa and surrounding areas like Wesley Chapel, Seffner, and Riverview need to get it together or close. I will no longer be eating at any of them. Constant issues and corporate knows because I have reported it. I was even sent a gift card that don't work but allegedly have funds on it.
Fries are good and that’s it. Blackened chicken is undercooked. I paid for a 5 count on chicken tenders, they gave me 4 and forgot to give me my spicy chicken sandwich. I was in a rush to work and didn’t realize it until I got there.
Pulled up to be harassed by someone wanting money. Sat at the drive up waited for 7 min. finally got fed up went to the window guy says oh I didn't hear the beep.Ordered spicy chicken, red beans, mashed potatoes. Got non spicy chicken, rice with no beans dry red beans and rice ridiculous, the potatoes way to salty, the biscuits were the only decent part of the meal. I threw the potatoes, and rice with no red beans away. Called the location no answer. I will never go back again. The service is always bad at this location but this time was the worst a huge waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor go to Publix for fried chicken I grew up in New Orleans this is not the flavor of New Orleans.
by far the worst service and people there weren't very intelligent. had multiple issues at this location. literally ordered only large red beans and rice. rice was very dry and absolutely no red beans. I will be telling everyone I know to not go to this location.
The worst popeyes I have ever been in, unorganized and filthy. Employees acted as if they had no idea what they were doing. All other customers were also frustrated and some just left after realizing what it was hopeless.
