Customer service is a “no-no”. Is that how you trained the staff to treat Asian customers? You cannot keep ignoring us and skip the queue for your preferred group of customers. I would like to warn people never to visit this shop, especially if you are Asian. This is an Asian hate crime and unacceptable! ?
They were out of all sandwiches, not the locations fault I guess but still this isn't acceptable. Had to order some tendys instead but waited about 30 minutes without being told to pull forward (the people behind us were not happy to say the least.) The whole crew was black so might be cuz of that idk (not trying to be racist just something I noticed). Really seemed like they didn't have their act together. When we finally the chicken, I didn't know what to say. I think they laced it with something I could be wrong tho.
I have been living Tampa for 9 years and this is by far the worst service I have ever experienced on a continuous basis. It’s always a hit or miss and most times a miss. If you have the time please drive to another location because it’s not worth your time
Always takes forever to get my food. Food order is almost always wrong. I love Popeyes but this location needs some upper management oversight badly
All signs and labeling state they are open until 11pm. Was told by the employee, not the manager, not the owner, the worker who does not have the authority to change opening and closing hours that they close at the exact time I pulled up. 10:05 pm. I swear there's not one good Popeyes within a 10 mile radius. They should just close them all move them to some where, where people are willing to work. I just clocked out myself. Can't get the dinner I wanted because 1 employee wants to close the store when they feel like it.
The employees aren't very friendly here. They will see you and not speak and just continue on with what they are doing. There is no urgency here and the food quality sucks. I have gotten food that's not here so many times and had to go inside to get out fixed. Today I became frustrated and wrote this review. I enjoy Popeyes but this location needs help!
Only my 4th visit to a Popeye's restaurant. Service was decent and on par with my expectations. The chicken sandwich was crispy and good. Eating it again is quite likely.
After waiting in the drive thru because they closed the inside for over an hour I was served under cooked tenders that were still pink inside. The employees had an attitude, I will never eat here again and I’m so glad I broke my tenders open to check them. Stay away from this location
Katrina at the drive thru window was kind and pleasant. She greeted me with respect and made sure I had condiments. I almost forgot plates and she asked if I needed them, making my experience a delightful one. Thank you Katrina for the great service.
It is so much better this year compared to any other year. I've been shopping here over 5yrs. Long lines and wrong orders were an always occasion. Managers were like kids but now its great!!
