I just got a chicken sandwich combo. No Mayo or lettuce on sandwich and they forgot my fries. Terrible. $10
Customer service sucked, mashed potatoes had rice in it. Will never visit again. Teach your people how to give great customer service. I know I will be eating at KFC from now on.
Visited on 6/1 and the lobby was busy with customers, food pickups and 1 cashier. Ms Saundra handled the slight rush with speed accuracy and courtesy.
I ordered a couple small items through the drive through last week and a few days later I noticed I was charged double, almost triple what I was supposed to here pretty sure the workers finessed some food/money from my card when I made my order. I wouldn't trust my card being swiped here anymore. Either that or ONE chicken sandwich costs 21$..... Couldn't have been a mistake either I was the only customer as well in the entire lot when I ordered.
This location never answers the phone. Just as an FYI Uber Eats orders you should put more than that nasty jelly in the bag. It makes sense to put hot sauce and Cajun sauce if I’m ordering an 8 piece chicken.
Very rude staff working the window lady was over speaking me while I was placing my order after she left from outside arguing with someone on the phone. The gentleman who tried to help me couldn't he just took the money but over all food was fresh
Order the shrimp tackle box. Shrimp didnt taste fresh. Tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Also, they were hard. Didn't look like the commercial on TV.☹☹
Rudest females ever i made on drive thru online order and when i arrived she wanted me to go inside and i said i couldnt so she was mad and rude she was ignoring me and was mad at the fact i wanted to buy something else lol wow people really didnt get raised right
Absolutely the worst in experience only. I received a contact high in the drive thru while placing my order. There were 5 team members in the back passing a joint and didn't care who saw them. I'm from out of town and I thought that was a poor representation
I visited this location on East Busch Blvd,and we have been going here for year's.They have changed.I ordered two breast and two thighs a couple of Days ago and they made me wait a hour and gave me the last pieces of the oldest Mild Chicken.Today I ordered the Classic Flounder Fish and the Manager gave me a undercooked Spicy Fish.A few day's ago they had the door unlocked and my husband went in too order,and they yelled at him and said they was closed.We have everything on video.This location needs too be closed.
