Received the worst customer’s service by the girl who was working drive through on 7/28 at 8:30 pm. I went through the drive thru to order food. When I there, I was greeted with an attitude. I asked politely for a minute to look at the menu since I wasn’t sure of what to get. She gave me an attitude. Mind you there was no one in line behind me nor was there anyone in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy. I then told her I was ready to order. I asked for a family meal. She asked me a question and I couldn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat herself. You can clearly hear it in her voice she was annoyed but repeated herself. I still couldn’t hear her and I thought she asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I said no thank you I didn’t need any sauce. She yelled at me and said “No! I said sides like the 2 sides it comes with!” I then told her never mind. I didn’t want to order from somewhere where I’m being given constant attitude and drove away. I don’t suggest anyone go here. This is not the first time I’ve been given Attitude at this location but this time it was far worse. Take your money where you are greeted with kindness rather than attitude. This girl clearly lacks training and is miserable in her job serving others. I will never go to that location again.
Thought ok chicken, haven't had it in a long time. Eight piece box two of each piece. Didn't ask for all one kind. There was no legs one breast three wings and the rest thighs. It was fried so hard the coating was like chewing gravel. Biscuits, stale. Warm only because of the heat from the overcooked chicken. And it isn't cheap or even a reasonable price. Popeyes has lost my business forever. Do yourself a big favor, don't do it.
I initially ordered two-piece (thighs) but they gave me a thigh and drumstick. I asked they why, was told they ran out. I asked why didn't you tell me when I initially made my order? They asked if I wanted spicey since that was what was available. (They never asked when initially made my order). But they gave me the spicey thigh at no cost to fulfill my order. All was hot, biscuit was fluffy and fresh.
Ordered 12 piece nuggets.They had no seasoning to them.My Mac n cheese was old and burnt.And I wasn't to excited to pay $11.81 on a meal I was not happy with what I received.I most likely won't go back again.
Just got my mobile order and this is the presentation. Why throw one of the sides in the box with the chicken, on top and open causing it to spill everywhere? Unprofessional and apparently the employees here give zero fcks. And sold this dry chicken on top of that.Please do better!!
What you see in this picture is a regular side of red beans and rice. The container is just slightly larger than my coaster for my coffee table and the portion of the container that actually holds the food is only 1 in deep and is not completely full. There are just 2.5 level tablespoons of food in the container and it is $3.49!!! REALLY
My visit to this popeyes restaurant was on point. The staff was very courteous to our order and needs. The food was prepared and tasted like the popeyes like the days of old. And what blew my mind. Is that when we were leaving. The manager came out and ask us how was our dining experience. Who does that?????. My only regret is that we did not order food to take home for dinner. Will come back. When we are in this town. Thanks popeyes.......
This was the best drive thru crew we have ever come across. They were so friendly and personable. Akida was patient and friendly. Definitely will be back to experience the vibe they had.

I wish I was able to award 5-stars because the food is always fresh and hot and the employee at the drive-thru window has always been kind. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff appears overwhelmed or underprepared because there have been several occasions where I've waited in the drive-thru line for over 15 minutes while my order was being prepared. This long wait has been when I was the only car in line and when there were 1 or 2 other cars in front of me.
