The staff here is so nice. The manager Karen is a sweetheart who is professional and makes sure your drink is perfect! We were greeted when we came in and greeted when we left. She took the time to make sure our drinks were not sticky on the side which was above and beyond. Amazing Customer service and amazing drinks. This planet smoothie location is worth coming to. We got the Muscle Up Buttercup and the Peanut Butter Punch.
Never in all my years did I think I would be writing a review about Planet Smoothie, But today truly renewed my faith in man kind. I stopped in to grab a quick smoothie for my car ride, and I had the absolutely pleasure of being helped by a lovely young lady named Karen. This individual literally brightened my day, she was attentive, patient, and made sure she got my order exactly right. But what really blew my mind was the all around overly exceptional service she gave while doing it…. The manners on this young lady are worthy of a queen. Honestly Planet Smoothie, I don’t know your plans with this individual. But keep her close and pay her right, Because if not someone will…. She should be training all your stores in my opinion!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks, DJ!!Today was my first time at Planet Smoothie located at 10043 N Dale Mabry Hwy. It took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted but the menu board was well organized so I was able settle on the Amazon Kick relatively easily. I also appreciated the fact that DJ wasn’t pushy or impatient. Furthermore, she gave me a sample of the Amazon Kick before finalizing my smoothie to ensure it was to my liking, “Since it’s your first time,” she exclaimed. DJ even offered to edit my drink if I needed her to. However, editing wasn’t necessary because my Amazon Kick was perfect!! WOW! I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail, quality, taste and price point of the smoothie; welcoming customer service and exceptional cleanliness of the store. This is definitely one of my new favorite places!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always assist in making sure I select the right smoothie and that I am aware of all that is in it and how it might taste to ensure the best decision is made! They also let me taste test before serving the smoothie up the full smoothie so that modifications can be made if needed. Amazing experience!
