Love this franchise but the employees at this location suck, they close the place early before closing time multiple times that I’ve tried ordering from here now

The guy working tonight Friday, March 4th was extremely kind and helpful! I came in with my fiancé right before closing and felt bad asking so many questions right before closing time but he was patient and friendly while helping us out. The smoothies he made are also delicious! Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back!

I was greeted with amazing promptness and a wonderful smile from Venus, I have yet to experience anything but wonderful customer service.
I have been there multiple times and more than once is a sign saying be back in 20, but won’t come back for almost an hour or no sign at all and doors locked during operation hours.
