Can I give a negative star? Worst place EVER!!!! We did door dash order Sunday March 13, 2022 and when it arrived the order was not only incorrect it was missing items and most of it was cold and not edible. I called the location twice this week leaving messages to call us back to at least get credit for the items that were not sent and no one has even bothered to call us back...I would never order from here again!!!!! RIPOFF!!!!
I ordered a #7 that has lettuce, tomato, chicken on it and the sandwich with mozzarella sticks. I got 2 plain cheese sandwiches, one with bacon. I'm not sure what happened. They were nice enough to remake and made them perfect the 2nd round. The wait was too long for that mistake to be corrected. I don't feel the price is worth it.
$32 for two grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 sides and 2 drinks....and then it was about the most sub par / below average grilled cheeses we've ever had. The mozzarella sticks I had as my side were obviously heated up from frozen not long before I got them, and given to me lukewarm. This food was worth $10, if that.I would recommend literally any other food in the mall besides this.
No idea how good it would be. Guy never looked up, too busy.... playing a video game on his phone. Stood maybe about a minute before I gave up waiting for him to do his job. Jan. 19 1pm 2022
Really nice spot for something quick and light for a snack at the mall. Cheese is gooey and stretchy, making for that classic grilled cheese feel. Quite a few options. I suggest the chicken bacon ranch.
Service was good and the food got made quickly. The food itself was just ok in taste. I was expecting more “comfort food” flavors. They definitely could’ve done more like adding butter and using a flavorful bread. I ended up paying over 30 dollars plus requested tip just for 2 regular meals, which is extremely overpriced. I was upset about that because each sandwich is labeled as costing 8 dollars and the menu made it seem like the sides would be included for a reasonable up charge of a dollar or 2- similar to how fast food places and other restaurants do it. Considering the cost of grilled cheese to make, how cheap fountain drinks are and basic tomato soup is to make, their profit margins must be insane! I don’t plan on coming back.
Planet Grilled Cheese at Westshore Plaza Mall in Tampa is a great place to stop for delicious and well made grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. I really like their menu items and watching them being prepared right in front of you. I have enjoyed all of the orders that I have made from here.

Ordered the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, paid $4, and was served a small portion of cold, old, Mac and cheese. Do not recommend.
Tasty and good overall, not grilled but heated so hot outside and cool middle
