We came to Petra bcz we heard about their incredible mansaf. We were not disappointed...it was truly amazing... just like we had in Jordan! Chef Yousef and his staff were most welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend the mansaf at Petra near Busch Gardens (not avlb at downtown restaurant). The lamb is so flavorful and prepared perfectly with the yogurt gravy...even the bone marrow was wonderful. 02/27/22Service was great (Male server)Food was incredible!We had a daily special and kufta kebab.Review a year ago:Food is good but service is very terrible. We come here very often (+10 times) after Jummah but today was the worst one (1pm on 03/19). The lady with the glasses never brought the bread that comes with the daily special DESPITE of several times of request.
This is a great restaurant to bring your family and friends to eat some good food and great conversations. The staff is very friendly and helpful with each customer. Lots of regular customers as well as new ones come here often. The food is great and prepared fresh everyday and always served hot. If you've never been here then I truly recommend this place to be on your list to visit.?
The food here speaks volumes to the quality and authenticity of each dish. If you want the best chicken shawarma sandwich in Tampa, then come here!It might not look fancy inside and it seems simple, but the food makes this place shine.The chicken kebabs, hummus, garlic sauce…a meal which makes you truly content.It can be busy here but all the servers are hardworking and do their best!Everything was cooked to perfection.
This place was amazing. Authentic Arabic food with amazing customer service!! Ali our waiter was amazing the whole time and the head chef, Yusuf, even came out and introduced himself to us! Overall, amazing, quality, authentic food with an even better staff to serve you. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back!
Great food! Authentic middle eastern food. Love the falafels and the hummus. Fresh! Everything tastes delicious.
First time trying this place out, when I came in they are little busy but I still go in and was seated by the waitress. And I saw like 3 tables that no one was cleaning, then she take my order in 10mins, and I waited about 40 mins for food to bring to table, finish half of my food and (the drink still are not here yet!!!) The main dish are ok but the nann bread came out cold and also missing order at the end, so I'd recommend u not to go in when it's little busy because they are short on staff and can't serve. Been inside there for about almost 2 hours. I'm so disappointed and never come back again.
