After along day at work I thought my evening would be complete when I came to grab dinner from here. Unfortunately the cashier don’t have good hearing and my communication to him wasn’t clear when I said I needed 2 orders of the same thing. Somehow I only ended up with 1 and it seems that the cashier didn’t really care about the fact he didn’t hear me say 2. I WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!
Not very good service - and the spring rolls are bland and dried out.

This place has surprisingly good food for the airport and the staff/bartender rocks. The mongolian steak was so good I order another togo. Make sure to ask for extra Mongolian sauce and you will be a happy flyer!!
Sat down for 15 mins couldn’t get anyones attention. “You have to wait” is very rude to say to someone before hearing them out but I responded courteously saying I know your busy I just want to ask a question. The waiter was very rude, waves you off and doesn’t want to answer a simple question. I had a disabled teen in a wheelchair I just wanted to know if I had enough time to order before his silent board.Not only did I waste 15 minutes of my life sitting at this place hoping to be served. I wasted even more time ordering to go bc the woman did not call my number when it was ready like everyone else’s.I asked for a refund since my receipt said orange chicken and I didn’t receive any and she made a big deal throwing her hands up at my face. I am a 30 year old woman simply asking for a refund there was no reason for her to act like that.A refund is a NORMAL transaction for a business. If it causes you to act like that and complain that you have so many orders either you are incompetent or overworked. Either way there’s no excuse to treat a calm kind person the way the workers here treated me yesterday. I am a traveling nurse and visit here often for work. This place is a disgrace and I will never step foot in here again.
Genuinely bad Asian cuisine. Pathetic little chicken balls trying to pass for stir fried chicken. A sad little airport eatery.

The food was pretty good. We fly a lot and I must say the service here at Pei Wei was amazing. Shanice was great. She was on the spot to refill waters, check in with us, and overall do her job extremely well. Thank you. Got off the plane and what do I see? My craving satisfied at Pei Wei. Great atmosphere, \\u0026 my waitress was very friendly. Used the convenient QR scanner to place my order. \\u0026 my food was placed in front of me in less than 10 minutes.
