Ordered curbside pickup. Order was to be ready at 6:47 pm and it was after 7:00 pm before the manager walked it out to the car. Meanwhile, my husband was walking into the restaurant to check on the order from the other door. The manager wasn’t very apologetic which made me angry, and stated that they were backed up. There were literally two tables eating inside, no line and very few cars outside. In fact, all the curbside spots were open! I tried to call, but of course the phone rings and sends you to a voicemail. The food is good, as usual, so no complaints there but I ordered 2 Lo Mein and chicken kids meals which comes with broccoli. One order had 5 pieces of broccoli, the other had one teeny tiny piece. One has a good amount of chicken, the other had barely any. It’s not hard to be consistent. Disappointing.

I think we'll take a break from here. This location's food isn't as good as other locations. I did curbside and no one came out. I finally went in to find there was only one person working. My order was missing the sauce and it was not as good as the Westshore location.

TLDR; Don't order from here for catering. They held my food hostage claiming I didn't pay even though I was told the payment was processed and asked when I was coming to pick up the food. They were extremely unprofessional.I suggest that you never order catering from this place as a USF affiliate. I placed my order with the business and went through the usual process of getting it paid for. They required that payment be received at least two days before the day of the event. I was not informed of this when I was placing the order or I would have relayed that ASAP to the payment administrator. The woman in charge of catering did allow the order to be paid for the day before the event, and that was where the professionalism and understanding of this business went out of the window. On the day of the event I got a phone call from the people picking the food up that the order hadn't been paid for. Meanwhile, I had received a text message from the catering manager that the order had been paid for the previous day and it would be able to be picked up. I told the manager this and he said I needed to give him the card number or the food could not be taken from the restaurant. I told him that the food had been paid for and that I had the text messages to prove it, and that he needed to get with his catering manager to get the card information. He hung the phone up on me. Long story short, these people need a real lesson in how to conduct business. I'll make it a point to never order food from this business again and to let all of the student organizations and USF departments I oversee that they should not cater food from here.

Orange chicken is not what it used to be. Used to be large real chicken pieces, used to come with shaved orange peel, used to come with red & green peppers.. Now the chicken looks like breaded bay scallops and about the size of a nickle wont be returning.

I ordered my favorite, Chicken Thai Dynamite with fried rice and was very disappointed with the order. Thai dynamite usually is yummy with the sauce it is made with. But this time the food dint have the taste at all. Also, usually Thai Dynamite has veggies like edamame but this order did not have any of it. Very disappointed with the order.

New to the neighborhood.. hoping to find good Asian food. Soooo disappointed.. got some KungPao chicken.. felt like I was eating raw salt. Sauce was in clumps and even mixed properly with bare fries chicken. Might give it another try someday.. may be chef having a bad day.

We recently visited this location and was truly impressed with service and quality of food. I had their new Bourbon Chicken with Brown Rice and my partner had their orange beef with noodles, we both enjoyed and will definitely return.

I got the drunken noodles . I was happy with my dish. Ladies Restroom was clean. Tea Urn needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Something was growing in the nozel so I got something else.

Ethan is the GOATI LOVED this, was ready for seconds! Not the place for everyone, but defined give it a try!

Just like its parent company, P.F. Chang, Pei Wei offers great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Also like its parent company, the food lacks authentic Asian flavors. We ordered the Beef & Broccoli and the Thai Basil Cashew Chicken. Ordering online was easy, and the entrees were packed and ready at our requested time. When we arrived home and unpacked our dishes, we noticed that the containers were not completely full, and that the proteins were sparse. The sauces were bland, and they did not really flavor the proteins and vegetables. The optional fried rice was also very bland, and not worth the upcharge over brown or white rice. When compared to a small, nearby, family-run Chinese takeout such as China Legend on Gunn Highway, Pei Wei fails to deliver.
