Wendy is the nicest person I have ever met and the rest of her team are nice. Super friendly and makes every customer feel welcomed (including remembering their name). Excellent customer service. I just moved to the area, and first time at PDQ. She gave me a sample to try first and almost all of the sauces to try. Legit the best chicken tenders I have ever had! My go to chicken tenders place! Inside is also clean, playing music, sports on TV, and that Coke machine where you can make any drink/flavor combo. Give them a try! The Best.
I frequent this location so often I'm known by name! The entire staff is so pleasant from managers to cooks, everyone there works very hard to ensure you don't just get a meal but an experience! Major shout out to Wendy for really pushing the culture! Besides that, the food is AMAZING and should be awarded lol would definitely recommend to any and all in the area. Keep it up!
Best customer service I have ever received! Wendy was so kind, generous, and made the establishment feel so warm and welcoming. She made my day! The service was quick and the spicy chicken sandwich & 3 piece spicy tenders were flavorful, juicy, and were actually spicy (which I love). I definitely will be returning when I get a craving for a spicy chicken sandwich & tenders. Also, the creamy garlic sauce with the spicy chicken sandwich is A1
We decided to make an impromptu stop at pdq and had never been. Wow! The food and customer service were exceptional! Wendy really made the experience 5 star. She was the friendliest, sweetest person I had ever met at any store I have been! She even helped get my kids settled in to our table! We will be returning for sure. I’m sure she brings in so much business to this location. She is a gem!!!
We had great service from the moment we walked in. Wendy took care us and was so friendly and helpful. Before I ordered the spicy nuggets she let me have one to try. When she brought our food over to the table she brought all the sauces for us to try too. Great atmosphere and great service.
We went through the drive through for our dinner last night and I got to say the two young men who took our order and ga e us our order were so kind and friendly. I was impressed with how they greeted us so warmly, big smiles and were over just very nice guys! It was such a pleasant experience and the food was great! We love those chicken tenders and all of the dipping sauces!! Thanks for making our meal so nice!
We stopped by yesterday evening to grab a quick meal - first time at the Westchase location. The moment we walked in Wendy greeted us with a smile. It's obvious she is dedicated to providing excellent customer service!Her EXCELLENT customer service made it a wonderful experience. We will be back and hope to see Wendy. Had the most amazing time all thanks to the server WENDY. She is the literal best and made me feel so loved and cared for. I didn’t have any money and she gave me free tenders and cookie which tasted SMACKING good. You def need to come here to meet the amazing server WENDY and get a taste of their DELICIOUS WARM SCRUMPTIOUS FLAVORFUL food. Wendy is the most amazing person ever make sure to tip her GOOD I def will when I return with cash. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is just so lovely especially my girl WENDY and not only that but the food is ASTRONOMICAL. Get a taste for yourself if you don’t believe me. After a long drive from plant city my friends and I went to this PDQ on Monday night. A women named Wendy working the cash register was the friendliest and kind hearted person. She helped me and my friends order food and dealt with us teenagers. This restaurant is always so clean and the staff are amazing. Definitely coming again.
Talk about a unique experience, usually when you go into a restaurant you get the vibe that nobody wants you there. This place couldn’t be farther from that. I was greeted by Wendy and she orchestrated my whole visit very nicely. I will return and tell others about my experience here. Felt like family.
