Disappointed :( ordered my food through the app , went inside to pick it up and nobody said a word to me , it was not busy yet nobody took the time to even say “hi”, “thanks”, nothing! I get back to work and open my food to find that half of my nuggets were burnt and way too crispy to eat, it looked like they were fried a second time and then added to the “fresh” nuggets . The French fries also looked old and possibly fried a second time.
I was charged for a specialty milkshake that I did not order. I politely informed the cashier that I was charged for a milkshake I did not order and she proceeded to give me a “refund”. I never received a refund after I was told I would. Also, I came in when they first opened and received old cold fries. The fries were extremely salty and hard. Overall, I was overcharged for a milkshake I never ordered and horrible fries.
Ordered through mobile and set curbside pickup time for 3:45pm. Arrived 10 prior and pressed the “I’m here” button as instructed. Waited 25 minutes for someone to bring me my order, which didn’t happen. I went inside and saw my order sitting on the counter with the receipt indicating curbside and the make and model of my vehicle. I am not sure if someone was just lazy or isn’t aware of the meaning of curbside, but I’m disappointed in the experience. No apology or explanation from the staff as to why the “curbside” part wasn’t satisfied.
Yummy chicken! Awesome sauces! The banana milk shake is delicious! My new favorite fast food chicken place!
I stopped by the drive through yesterday to grab a salad to take home. When I pulled up to the drive thru window I was completely taken back that the employee, was filling and putting caps on a dressing, ranch or something, while taking payments. So not only were the ramekin’s of dressings sitting open she wasn’t wearing a mask or at least let alone gloves to do the task. She grabs my card and the small device to process my payment and in the mean time grabs more lids to cap the dressings while my payment was processing- then hands my card back after it processed. This cannot be a sanitary way to handle food products. While I do not live very far from this location I do not visit it very often- I’ll never ever go there again. To top it off the salad dressing that they gave my for my salad was frozen. Clearly I was not even going to use any of the dressing/sauces anyway after what I witnessed. However if someone is on the go with a meal it would be helpful if their dressing wasn’t frozen. We will continue to only visit the Westchase location however I am definitely very concerned with the sanitary guidelines that PDQ sets for their teams.?I only put a second star b/c my salad appeared to be fresh. I made myself lunch when I returned home.
My wife and I drove through for lunch and shared the 10 peace chicken platter (so we can have leftovers for tomorrow) with the creamy garlic and ranch sauces, which are to die for, and I got a side of rice and beans. They smelled absolutely delicious so I couldn't help but have one in the car on the way home haha. I don't know how they do it but the outside is so crispy and the inside is just oh so tender. Even the rice and beans are pretty good. All in all I'm very happy, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because one of the tenders was a little stringy and chewy.
My wife and I went in for lunch. When we walked in we seen a whole soccer team and just a few workers. You could tell they were understaffed but it did not affect them very much. They did the best they could with smiles on their face. As someone who spent over 20 years in the kitchen it's very refreshing to see employees handle themselves professionally even though they are in a stressful situation.
We walked in for lunch and found out it's only chicken. Slow service. The food was hot and good. Big dinning room.
Normally PDQ is great, but this trip they didn't have chicken breasts (which is the main ingredient in most their sandwiches including the one I wanted).
Good food, nice staff and fast service. Also the tea is really good
