Went through the drive through around 7pm on a Friday.Chicken was okay and service was great.Fries were old and we didn't get my wife's sandwich that we ordered.Probably won't be back.EDIT: I also wanted to note that we didn't get a completed order even after asking if "that was everything" at the window.
3rd visit here, 1st 2 went well, ordered 5 pc tenders received only 3 tenders so turned back into the drive thru line, luckily it wasn’t long. I told them I had ordered a 5pc the first girl said I’m sry just let them know at the next window, I proceeded and told the next girl she asked me to come in so that they can see that. In my head I’m like why do I need to come in because you all got my order wrong? Plus I’m on a lunch break. Just an inconvenience. I went in and they corrected it, but what I did notice from this 3rd visit is that it seems like the drive thru food is much more fresh than the inside, bc the ones that they gave me inside seemed to have been sitting for a while. U can drastically taste the difference. Oh I asked for another sauce and it looked like it was a bother to him, if my order had been correct from the jump, then I wouldn’t have had to come all the way in and bother you.
It was awful. Expensive sub par poorly made food. Never again! Even my kids said it was a waste. They gave it a 4 out of 10. I remember when PDQ was amazing. Looks like it's on its way out... Such a shame.
The food was amazing, customer service not so much. Cashier rolled her eyes at us when about to order and was rude. Other than that everyone else was professional and the food was great.
Been here only a handful of times but the employees are so friendly and are great to have a quick chat with. The food was wonderful as always, coming out crispy and hot on our tray! Never had any sanitary, customer service, or food issues whatsoever at this establishment.
Why it is ALWAYS SO COLD!? We eat here 2-3 times a week and it’s always unbearably cold.. Up here tonight and people are practically fighting over space on the patio bc it’s too cold inside. We all came to the consensus that it’s always kept like that to keep people from using the facilities.60 degrees is too cold when you’re dressed for 85 degree weather..Food is good though.
I just went through the drive thru and was treated like I don’t belong there. I ordered lots of food for myself and family and paid right AFTER the order was placed so I drive to the next window and the employee ACCUSED me for not paying for the meal and was HESITANT on giving me the order. I’m so shocked at this behavior. I told the young lady that yes I did pay I paid at the first window and she even had the manager involved and they both had NASTY attitudes. I had to show them my bank transaction because for some reason they didn’t believe me. Im truly dumbfounded by this type of behavior. That they would go out their way to treat a repeating customer. I regret not going to Chick-fil-A and would NOT recommend eating here. I don’t know what the issue was but clearly the service has severely declined.
Their chicken tenders are better than Chick-fil-A. More meat, don't have to be spicy. My son likes their sandwiches better as well, I am not so sure yet. However drive through is a one person taking orders show, so kinda slow during peak traffic.
