Very good food. I would say they are about even with Chick-Fil-A for their quality of chicken sandwiches, but their waffle fries are amazing. Super crispy! Staff and service were top notch too.
We ordered tenders and they were a little salty. I was only able to eat them with the honey BBQ sauce to balance it.
I can't believe I didn't discover this place sooner. It's exactly like a Chikfila with the following changes BETTER food, lower prices, shorter lines, no creepy cult greeting, open on Sundays, and accepting of all people.
Ordered on DoorDash & got my order VERY HOT & FRESH less than 20 minutes later . The PDQ sauce is good i added it on my crispy chicken sandwich . Definitely gonna try the butter burger next . Good job guys you have a solid customer . Devoured my food no pics sorry def next time
Have been here a few times before and always liked it before. Crew they had today had rubbery fries and barely warm chicken, manager had an attitude about it. She needs learn to do her job right
I'll give the chicken 5 stars but b/c u went back to waffle fries ugh... I must say I love your chicken! I found out through DoorDash about PDQ about two maybe three months ago eating there and I been eating there almost every day getting straight fries I love them even when microwaved but now waffle fries are back I'm little upset I called for straight fries but Chrystal ruined my appetite when she disgustingly said they only have waffle fries with her little attitude.. I'm still ordering chicken nuggets but I prefer you guys straight fries I've never had fries I can microwave and they're actually good Cold as well but you can literally microwave these and they're amazing. Let Chick Fil A nasty food have them nasty waffle fries.. frfr
It’s amazing how the staff takes 30 minutes to prepare a single order that only has one meal. Yet still can’t get the order correct. I usually enjoy pdq but this specific location sucks.The guy working at the second window had the worst communication skills & sucks at listening. Idk why they had him working the window if he’s just gonna ignore customers & their simple sauce requests.0/10
Great food and awesome service. Last time I tried PDQ it was before the pandemic , years before. They have kept their products and services top notch. The spicy chicken sandwich with honey BBQ sauce was my favorite, loved their fries. From what I see they have kept their pricing incredibly competitive compared to other franchises of their league which is impressive. Keep up the good work.
Don't bother ordering curbside at this location...there were probably two cars in the drive-thru and nobody inside when I got there, and it took so long for me to get my curbside order that I just canceled it and left. I'm also out a free chicken sandwich because apparently you don't get that back when you cancel an order, but I still don't regret my decision to leave. I gave it two stars because my other visit wasn't terrible, but I also didn't get the sauce I ordered, and, talking to other people, this seems like a not uncommon occurrence.
This place has good chicken, juicy, not dry or over cooked. Their salads are very good with grilled chicken. Their fries are done well. Their drive thru is quick. I have not been inside the restaurant, Only drive thru.
