Every time we visit Tampa we eat at PDQ multiple times. They have the best chicken sandwiches and chicken strips you’ll find. The fries are awesome. The service is quick and friendly. If you like chicken and you’re near one, you really should go to PDQ.There’s often a national debate regarding the best chicken and/or chicken sandwich… if PDQ were national, they’d hands-down be the nation’s favorite. In the mean time, please open a couple restaurants in northern California!
When I stepped out of my vehicle I could smell the old grease. I had ordered online so picked up my food anyway. When I got home my chicken tenders tasted burnt. I have never had a good experience at this location.
This was our first PDQ, but we will definitely be back!!! Kuddos to Marcus, who was patient with us and explained the menu to us! He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The chicken was delicious and our salad tasted fresh.The dining room was extremely clean and all the staff that we encountered were super friendly!! Happy to have found this gem of a fast food chicken place. ? We were so hungry that I forgot to take pics!
Edit: I previously rated PDQ 5 stars. I have to change this though. The waffle fries are terrible. I thought they recently got rid of them but they have returned. I love the chicken and the service is great. The fries are terrible and that's why I don't go here.
My husband and I drove by to get takeout. The girl taking our order in the drive thru was very nice and friendly. We ordered two 5 piece chicken tenders fries. Sprit Zero and a Diet Coke.We recieved our order and drove home. Upon looking at our meals I got 2 chicken tenders and more fries in the box my husband recieved 4 tenders out of 5.IF I come again I will be checking my order BEFORE leaving.
Absolutely loved the grilled chicken & broccoli options, this was a great alternative to all the fried stuff from everywhere else, my husband is a diabetic & it is usually so hard to pick up fast food or food on the go for him, he works construction & can't always stop to have healthy meals or can't always pack something that will stay good in the heat but just to know that this is an option for him, is great. & then I had a kids meal grilled chicken & applesauce unsweetened, again just enough for a quick bite. At a very reasonable price at under $20 was great
PDQ the order taker was amazing today i loved his attitude he was amazing at making us laugh at our own jokes about the meals and names of the products, sad the waffle fries where not available but told us the regular ones was as great as the waffle ones! Thanks to all of them for always taking our orders and serving us with great smiles and appreciation!!! You are all appreciated ❤
I have not been here since it first opened. We always thought it was overpriced compared to similar fast food places. Their hand-cut french fries was the only reason for us to visit. Sadly those are gone. Chicken was and is excellent.
