Collard greens, devil crab and curry chicken are all fire. Love this place. Giant portions! But you can tell they use instant mashed potatoes for their stuffed potatoes. There’s a lot of corn meal in the deviled crabs. Take two bites to get any filling. Hard to recognize but instant mashed potatoes always have a distinct taste. Crab is expensive but three bites in and there was hardly any filling. One star off for that. I can make stuffed potatoes at home if I wanna use instant. Other than that it’s pretty fire

Wowzer what a great local find in Tampa! This place isn't fancy but it is super yummy homemade food with tons of flavor and that's all I care about. Came here for the local Devil Crab and it did not disappoint, while here grabbed a curry chicken dish with rice and beans and plantains and a stuffed potato and loved it all! So yeah, there is indoor seating, however, they serve everything in to go containers but honestly that just adds to the charm. Everyone was super friendly and I can't wait to go back and try more of their yummy, flavorful food! You guys Rock!
Tampa native here. I walked in with high expectations and I was NOT let down. I had 2 massive Devil Crabs that were completely loaded with meat and a stuffed potato that was awesome. My wife enjoyed the Vegan "Devil Crab" and the veggie emenada. There are plenty of great vegetarian/vegan options. Both of our choices were cooked too order and cooked perfectly. I would 100% recommend this place. We also had 2 of the house juices and they were a perfect way to finish off the meal.

The blend of ingredients and spices are perfect.The empanadas are from heaven. Crisp, tasty full of flavor!The stuffed potatoes are amazing. Fluffy potatoes surrounding a tasty filling of nicely spiced meat.The pikliz, we'd never had before. Can I have more food from heaven? The BEST! A must do as often as you can! First time here today and am so glad we came. Pappy special was amazing wine sauce. Large portions and cooked perfectly. Thanks Pappy and Son!!!!
