I ordered chocolate chip bagels online last night. Paid online. Got to the store this morning and was told this location doesn't serve chocolate chip bagels. The "manager" told me that this and most Tampa location are "franchise" stores and do not serve chocolate. chip bagels. At least fix the order guide to not throw off customers wanting their favorite bagel!!! Fail!
Today is Thursday July 14th 2022, I add this so the manager will know which employee I speak of when I say I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese TOGO and it took her 12 minutes to make it. I know this may not seem like a long time but 2 people who ordered after me ordered prepared hot breakfast to DINE IN received their orders before my single bagel with cream cheese. Have no clue why you got rid of the slicer and toaster behind the register but instead of waiting a couple minutes for my bagel togo I waited longer than I had to in order to get my simple bagel. Perhaps, just a tip, my opinion probably means nothing, but if someone is ordering TO GO in the morning it probably means they are rushing to get to work. Maybe bring back the slicer and toaster behind the register because the girl that made my bagel didn't look like she wanted to be there and dragged her feet as she had to walk from one side of panera to other side just to grab the bagel. Next time I will just go to Dunkin or Einstein where I'll get a smile from employees, not scowls, and get my bagel in a considerate amount of time. Lol I also didn't get a knife so had to use my finger. What a great morning!
I placed my order a day in advance for pick up at 12:20 because I had a presentation to give at 1pm and Panera was the food I was bringing for the attendees. Upon arrival the cashier asks my name and tells me that the order is coming. 15 minutes later I check with another person that looked higher ranked and she tells me that the order hasn’t been started yet. I asked if they can deliver it and she says no. 25 minutes after schedule time I was still waiting and nothing. It wasn't until 1:05PM (that's 45 minutes after scheduled pick up time) that I was given the food. This cost me to be late to the presentation. During the time I was waiting, I did not feel like I received one sincere apology. All I got was a, "our bad" and then they moved on. I provide financial wellness presentations regularly and most of the time I order from Panera it goes just fine (besides that they never provide cups and utensils when they are clearly necessary) but this time it was almost disrespectful to be treated in such manner. I'm sadden to lose the trust in a brand that I used to recommend to other business partners.
I didn’t grab her name, but the young lady with curly brown hair, tan skin - thank you so much for bringing my order out! They were nothing but kind, my daughter I are Sick and we did not want to get anyone sick by going inside and she was more than nice about bringing it out!’ So thank you so much
Panera used to be my go to place for lunch and I was excited to go back after a few years away. Things have changed and I was sorely disappointed. I ordered my favorite, a bacon turkey bravo, but what I got was not the sandwich I remember. Instead of the thick delicious slices of bread, this came with bread thinner than you get at the store. The heaping mound of turkey I was expecting had been replaced by two deli thin slices. Even the lettuce and tomato were thin. I felt bad for taking my partner here as they have no vegan options. The sandwich she got, she had to remove most of the ingredients. This place used to be great, but not anymore. Publix makes better sandwiches at a better price.

Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.In addition…Over Uber eats- continuously cancels orders- no explanation.Food quality - smaller portions than other locations.
They say less is more in this case that backfired this use to be filled to the top. They figured if they reduce it by a third they could get an extra souffle for every three and the price increased. More profit less food less customers.
I am disgusted with how much I love the grilled mac and cheese sandwich. Seriously, discontinue it so I can stop buying them. They are so good. Chicken soup is always my fav ?Staff always friendly.
This morning, I went to this location and I placed a online order. I also have the unlimited coffee subscription, and the manager about why my order wasn't made. So she substitute my sandwich with another bread since the other one I ordered was burned. Excellent customer service and thank you for letting me know upfront!
