Just left this location and placed a $10 order for food at the drive thru. Get to the window hand them my card, they said it didn’t go through. They had my card for what seemed like a long time. If there was an issue the first time I should of been made aware. Needless to say I left without food and I was charged! I have notified my bank and will hopefully receive the money back. That will be the last time I go there.
The clerk was really nice. Just one coffee option, hence the missing star. Pastries were good and the place is nice and clean.
Drank the lemonade and had a awful stomache ache after. They need to send employees out to pick up the trash outside every 15 or 30 minutes. You have to take your free coffee and warm it up in the microwave sometimes. Its too cold inside. And they should clean the tables every 15 minutes or 30 minutes. I like the music sometimes. That is sometimes big. I would also make sure the tables are even and don't rock a little. I hope the staff get free unlimited drinks. I would also try to make sure the windows are crystal clear. I like the birds outside. Good plant upkeep. Cigarettes on the ground though, those should be removed. Would make sure the parking lot territory is clean as well. Every 15 or 20 or 30 minutes. Community board inside could be fluffed up w the good things. I would try to make certain all the drink equipment is properly clean. Coffee also has given me stomach aches or discomfort. I also prefer glass or cans. I don't like bikes but I think I like the bike rack. I hope all the lighting is at a good state. I like and trust the male manager. I like another male employee, hope their paid more then 15$ per hour. Probably need and worth at least 35$ an hour. I want real flowers, somewhere on the counter or on every table, and or in the back where the employees play. Not fake flowers. I also want real THC not delta anything as a option to put in the coffee. Maybe I'll buy my own until they have it. I would like to be complimented sincerely. I fancy the idea of my name on the coffee by hand like starbucks. I like panara more then starbucks because of the unlimited sip club. I hate the soaps in most places, so unpleasant on your hands. I want full mirrors probably on the doors. I want the art on the walls of they replace it, hope the replacement art would be satisfactory. I also would make sure everything is dusted and deep cleaned once a month top to bottom. I want essential oils for the cleaning detergents. I would like a essential oil defuser or make sure the smell is noticeably pleasant. It did not smell when I have been there. Hope the trash areas are cleaned often. Hope the employees sing or hum and have the heart of a good employee or person. Hope the uniforms are refreshed or replaced w brand new fresh fabric as often as possible, so everyone working at least feels treasured and cherished. Would maybe buy clothes here if it was hemp or natural fabric and in good dimensions. I'd like creativity to blossom here. They should freestyle rap while talking to you more often. I also want a toy when I want toys. Not too expensive though. And I want it to be a good toy. The best they can possibly give/sell to me for a dollar I think. I wonder if the chairs can be better. I hope the sink fasset in the bathrooms are good ones. I forgot from poisons. I really love how the bathroom stalls have a narrow space to/between them. Some people try to upset others by looking at them through that space while their using the bathroom. The bathroom stall walls were dirty on the inside. The bathroom waste bin was rusty and needs to be replaced. I would flush toilets w a shoed foot if they are ever not flushed. Maybe a art pice in the bathroom would be nice. Everyone who works here should be trained to wislte to ward off evil. Everyone. I mean it. I want the the trash instantaniously removed and real flowers the most.The walls have mold on them outside and the speakers are dirty outside and must be cleaned. I hope the trees are decorated on chrismas and Halloween and Thanksgiving most importantly. I would use a neat free sticker. I love presents. I want more. I also would like cats to be inside. Maybe spinx ones. People always tear apart wicker chairs. Those should be burned, or thrown far away. Lights outside could be cleaned too. They look like nice lights. Maybe the birds could be fed w bread crumbles. I hope all the plugs work. Door knobs should be cleaned every day the more often the better. Would like to see more tweens and teens here. Should be 24/7. I want better coffee cups.
I love their new macaroni and cheese sandwich but the service has been very hit and miss. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions, once even getting it wrong when trying to correct it. Some of the staff are diligent and work hard, others are clearly more interested in socializing than working, and some are way too quiet.They have some good food but for the prices they charge they need better to have better service on a consistent basis.
Horrible horrible Customer Service. Placed a delivery order on the Panera app, doesn’t tell you until after the fact it is 3rd party through door dash. Charge on my card says Panera, the email I receive for the transaction says Panera. I call Panera multiple times after tracking and my order is not coming and they tell me nothing they can do. So I wait 2.5 hours later, I call again after getting alert my order was delivered, yet no order. The “manager” gets on the phone telling me that she cannot do anything, she was extremely rude so I ask for her name. She refuses to give me her name, hangs up on me… I call back finally getting her name from another employee that way I can call the store manager tomorrow. Didn’t even want a refund just wanted the offer to come to Panera and get the food I clearly never received a different day this week. Beware of placing orders through the app for delivery. And beware if you ever have an issue… “Managers” they have lack Customer Service skills, pretty much tell you to screw off.
As always Panera was delicious. Dining inside felt comfortable due to the limited amount of people but there were plenty available tables outside as well. Food was great!
Edit:While I did attempt to place my order online ahead of time, it didn't go through. BUT my experience was still worthy of a 5 star rating! My cashier was kind, patient and helpful. My food came out fresh and delicious! I got a cheese flatbread and half a grilled mac and cheese sandwich, both were SO GOOD! Thank you to the hard-working team today, yall did a wonderful job! ???? ?Honestly, just wasn't impressed. Thankfully I had a gift card so it was "free" to me but I can't see myself spending this amount again on this food. Service was good, cashier was very friendly.
Panera food is Panera food, plenty Of reviews around that but my review is for front of the house manager (wearing red pleaded shirt) as she walked in she greeted me and went around the kitchen and greeted her staff, and then noticed me waiting still, she approached and asked me if I was waiting on an order? I replied yes, she then went to the back of the kitchen and expedited my order.
We go to this Panera frequently because it is nearby our home, but they mess up our order SO MUCH. We are constantly getting mac n cheese when we ordered the soup, or getting the wrong sandwich, and their cookies are ALWAYS hard! Out of all of the Paneras I have been to, this one is frequently bad.
This is a small location a little difficult to spot from the road. The food was good but the service was amazing. The restrooms were clean. There is plenty of parking.
