The food was GREAT! The service was fast and the people were friendly. My sandwich was moderately priced too.

They need help! Please fill out an application! Having said all that this is a very well run Panera. I have never had any issues with catering, carry out or even ding there. Keep up the good work! They have to close early sometimes because of staffing issues..so please if you know someone who needs a job inquire within. ) No I don't work here, just visit a lot)

The staff was super friendly in the front But at the back counter where you pick up the food the staff didn't seem too friendly. All I ordered was a strawberry smoothie and honestly it was terrible. I've had a better one from McDonald's if that tells you anything. I think I will make my own at home from now on. The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms. I may go back to try food next time but as for ordering a smoothie from there I will never order one again. I was very disappointed.

My wrap was $6.13 and half empty. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu we order from. When I asked about it the manager said that is how it’s portioned. And walked away. I went to front counter and asked for a refund. Manager came to approve the refund and offered no words or consideration. Horrible. For $6.13 there should be some substance to the meal.

I just started getting the cold brew lately and I really like it. Howeverthe pecan pastry I ordered was stale. I went there about 10am so it should have been fresh

This is my experience during a recent visit at Panera in Tampa, FL on 4/30/2022 at MLK Blvd. store 204196. While entering the store we noticed a sign on the door indicating that the store would close at 2:00 PM due to lack of employees. So, we figured that the ordering process may be slow. It took a long time to order because one employee was being trained, and that's understandable and didn't have an issue with it. But while waiting for our order over 20 minutes we were given the incorrect order. The associate the made the order and supervisor said that they would make us another one shortly. I waited over 30 minutes while 6 other orders were given to other customers before us. I spoke to the supervisor to complain. Why were other customers in front of us? The supervisor said it was almost done but still took another 15 minutes. Plus, our order was still incorrect, but I didn’t want to wait any longer.

This location always has an issue, run out of decaf for other coffee flavors, changes hours due staff shortage but the worst is that they close the dinning area even for online pick up so you have to go in the drive thru that takes forever.Pannera Bread, that’s why I order online pick up, to get it fast.Terrible service.

The food was very disappointing today. The You Pick Two, same as I always get tasted so bland. The chocolate chip cookie I bought was stale. That has never happened before. I also had to ask the employee to give me a spoon for my soup and asked if it still came with a little baguette because it wasn't on the plate. Maybe this location is bad but I probably won't be back anytime soon.

I wouls give it 0 starts if possible. They do not tell you there is no online ordering available after you have selected everything in your order and are on your way to the restaurant already. When you tried to check out, then there's a message they are not taking online orders. Since I was already close to the restaurant I decided to place the order inside. Guess what? They are not taking orders inside, only carry- out. But then again, they are not taking online orders...

They always forget something at this location forgot my chicken on my Caesar salad! ?
