Overall, the service was almost okay and the food was overpriced.The employees seemed more interested in chit-chat than working. They were very disengaged and didn't even call out the order names while we were standing there (they didn't have pagers when we went).The store is very much not busy, yet there's a long line. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars, but the wait made it 2 stars.Wasted 10m because the employees didn't even put a name on our bag. I guess I'm supposed to rummage through the bags and guess what's in it.
Food's good prices are too high and you never get good service in Panera
Why offer curbside pick up when more than half the time, you don't even bring the food out?? If you're too busy to do it, then don't offer the service. 2nd time this week I have to go inside and there's my cold food sitting there in the rapid pick up section.
I used to really like Panera's for their cinnamon crunch bagels. I have not been there in a long time. Bought 4 bagels to go the other day and was very dissappointed. Bagels were much smaller and very mis shapened making the very difficult to slice. To top it off they were very dry/stale by the next day even though they were stored correctly. I doubt I'll ever go back.
I usually ordered once a week for pick up or delivery. But about every time I ordered, there was one or two items missing. Usually the missing ones were a fruit cup or apple juice or chocolate milk. Sometimes even a sandwich was missing. They have a checklist on the receipt but it seems the staff don’t check the items.
This Panera is so inconvenient. They are super slow with orders. If you order in store it takes forever. They don’t even have the computer screens by the front door to order by yourself. Their online/mobile ordering is never available in the evenings.

Food is almost always great. But this is the second time I’ve found hair in my mac n cheese. Why no hairnets?
This location is solid. Always super fast and clean.
