Amazing service and amazing people. Specially the trainee and her mentor were very nice and they helped us out with our food replacement when we didn’t like it. The food was good and overall a very good experience
The server was extremely nice, the ambiance was nice. This was our first visit. The food was good but to us very over priced. The portions aren't worth the price in our opinion.
We had a group of 8. We were celebrating a Birthday. Ordered the Japanese Old Fashioned and it was amazing. Had the shrimp dumplings and those were amazing. The Kung Pao Dragon roll was super spicy but incredibly delicious. Spicy Tuna roll was very good as well. Almost every other person said there meal was good. One person had the Pad Thai and said it was bland with extremely too much emphasis on peanut. I tasted it and concurred. The reason I only gave three stars was for two reasons. One, one of the old fashioneds that I ordered had a major chip on the edge of the glass. I only noticed after I had taken a sip or two. I felt it with my finger and it was definitely sharp enough to cut flesh. I notified the server who apologized and brought another one. Two, other people in our party noticed snarky remarks throughout the evening from our server. I didn't notice them, but I trust these people. Back to the chipped glass. I'm not saying I deserved anything for being handed a glass that could have cut me. However, not one single thing was offered other than a replacement. The manager never made it to the table to talk about the incident. Actually, never noticed a manager walking around and interacting with patrons at all. Seems odd for a Friday night or is it just me?
Yesterday after a very long time my service here finally was amazing!!!Although I felt like we were all sitting in one part of the restaurant because one side was closed in terms of servers not being there it would it was still not bad. Our food came out perfect and our server Gabriella it was amazing super alternative and helpful and always made sure that our drinks for constantly filled!The food was great and yesterday it was kind of crowded but definitely doable and I don’t know if they change the stuff or not but it was amazing
Delicious. Had a glass of wine at the bar while waiting for my to go food.. the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the craved perfection chicken lettuce wraps and an appetizer of the edamame. I saw a green bean app tossed in a garlic chili sauce.. I asked for a side of that sauce for my edamame. I tossed the soy beans in the sauce, turned out mouthwatering. My experience tonight was a reminder of how delicious the food at this location really is. Will be back. PF Chang’s was a mixed experience. Think of it as an expensive Chinese restaurant with a bar. You’ll find all the items typically found on your neighborhood’s “Chao-Lin” but served on ceramic plates. The WonTon soup however, was a step above. The flavor was profound and perfectly balanced; the portion was fair and made with quality ingredients. The cocktails were ok too; I had a couple Tokyo Mules, made with Asian vodka, bitters and “ginseng” beer. The establishment was not as clean and hygienic as you’d expect on a $60 per person restaurant. The fake leather chair cushions were worn out, and the surfaces were sticky, I don’t know if the stickiness was the remaining residue of saucy fingers or the decaying effect of the polyurethane coating on the furniture. On the other hand, the service was good, very cordial, accommodating and ever smiling. I would have give them 5 stars, but the owners need to pay attention to the condition of the tables, chairs and the overall hygiene of the place, especially in days like these were living…
I always enjoy my experience no matter what PF Changs I go to and Tampa didn't disappoint. Everything was prepared well and the service was excellent!
This location was such a delight - my waitress, Daniela, was incredibly kind, bubbly and quick. The food was amazingly hot, plentiful and flavorful, and definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to. Daniela made the experience amazing. Will be back next time I’m in Tampa!
We made reservations and when we showed up, a few minutes later our tabel was ready. Our server was Elis, and she really made our outing extra special. She helped us with food recommendations and was very gracious. All restaurants should have several Elis' on their staff! She even took the extra step to help us celebrate my mother's birthday.
The flavors and the drinks were incredible. Our server, Justin, was 5 stars. Will be coming back and will definitely request Justin.
