we had a party of 9 on a Friday night. even though you can't do Call Ahead Seating for a party that large, they called us back immediately and both the food and the service was great. Thank you Outback.

I ordered dinner, the salad was trash, and the steaks were undercooked and very tough. I called a manager and was told I would have to deal with Door Dash. See below the salad I ordered and the salad I received. So sad to see the quality go down at what used to be my favorite Outback. Manager did not offer anything to me. She could have done something. Awful.
Haven't been to an Outback since the pandemic started but when we went tonight it was frankly fantastic. Service AND food were outstanding even during the Saturday evening rush. Will definitely be back!
@BloominBrands @Outback had delivery from outback on Henderson tonight. They threw the honey mustard in the bag not caring and it went all over everything. Literally every single container. Leaving a hide mess and an Alice springs chicken without honey mustard. I Called the store to give them a heads up and the mgr’s response was “ok so you want a free appetizer or something?” No dude I don’t want a free app. I want you to give a crap about your customer service! Awful ??♀️
Had an unbelievable experience at this location, Jari the bartender and Lindsey the manager went above and beyond for me and my family, you’ve made a new regular out of me 10/10
We had an amazing server today! We arrived around 1:30 and were greeted immediately and asked to wait just a few minutes while they finished cleaning the table. We were seated and our server was great! The drinks and food both arrived fast. I highly recommend this place.
We were a party of six last Sunday evening. Not sure if I ever had eaten at this Outback before. But the service by our waitress, Constance was incredible. And the evening manager came around to make sure everything was fine.
I have visited this Outback at least once a month. Today even, at this place, I came across with the City Mayor and cross greetings and thoughts about Tampa fast pace inflation...After eating lunch, I realized that I was overcharged and after make the corrections the manager acted very rude to us making unnecessary comment about it was not that much money. I was treated like I was less than a human being. I was charged the wrong amount and a woman with black hair in a bun, dressed with a blue shirt and white capris pants, identified herself as the manager and the restaurant owner (which I doubt, due to this location being the first Outback to open in Tampa by Blooming Friends. She told us there is no reason to be upset that we were double charged $37 and another $41. She said it will clear up in a week. Apparently 80 dollars seems like nothing to her. It felt like we were back in the times when bias and racism was acceptable. An old man at the door threatened us with calling the police. I was so shocked and in disbelief of how we were being treated. What a contrast to the nice old server that always receives us with such a nice attitude. Did they feel threatened by us or felt powerful enough to make us feel we weren’t humans beings that deserve the same services as anyone else. This is the first time in 20 years living in South Tampa, that I felt looked down at by someone. I can't help but wonder what would be their reaction if the Major complainted about getting over charged. I feel so emotional about this awful race and status bias and how this woman treated us. I will reflect and pray for her to become a better human being. No matter if you are rich, or middle class you should be treated with the same respect.
Really nice food and our server was really friendly and helpful. The reason for only 4 stars is it was absolutely freezing cold in the restaurant and we ended up getting blankets from the car
