Service was great. Very attentive, very fast, friendly. Food, was a different thing.. when we got our plates both of them, the meats had no seasing what so ever. A bit disappointed this time since the last time we came everything was just perfect.

Today I placed a Togo order for lunch .. I was on a fast break so ordered ahead of time for curbside . When I pulled up I decided to go in so I could tip my Togo person … I had such a great experience with all the members I encountered during my quick visit !! Especially with the young lady that was working at the time . I’m terrible with names but (she has glasses and dreads☺️) forgive me .. one of the nicest people I have met in a restaurant in a long time . She was very helpful getting all my sauces and everything was inside my bag neatly!!! Kudos to her !!! This is also my 2nd encounter with her . She also took very good care of us on a party of 8 getting us in and seated promptly on a super busy Saturday night !!! Great work Great service !! Again let’s me know there’s still good people on this earth !!!! Thanks so much for putting in your hard work !!!

Hit or miss. Stayed at the Hilton for a business trip. Outback is the closest restaurant. First night I got a steak and it was ok. The bread was nice and fresh. The second time I ordered the Kingsland and to be honest I felt like they just threw some scraps of steak.Decided to get a cheesecake and the slice was huge but it was lacking the cheese cake flavor for me.
Alice Springs chicken was delicious. The manager Tristen was amazing! He made sure our dining experience was top notch.
The gentleman who served me had a great sense of humor and was witty in his jokes. I relaxed into the atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Not just because it was perfectly prepared and hot, but because the staff created that atmosphere by being both relaxed AND attentive. Great balance. I look forward to my next meal there.
The restaurant was a short walk from our hotel. We were seated immediately and our drink orders were taken within minutes. The restaurant was moderately busy. Our waitress was personable and considerate, waiting for us to make up our minds.I had the small prime rib, done beautifully and melt in your mouth tender. I ordered the seasoned rice, not my favorite but the salad and steak were more than enough for my meal.I would go again when I'm back in Tampa.
We had wonderful service at the bar. I believe Tyler was our bartender and he was phenomenal. When one of our steaks was cooked wrong he personally went out of his way to make sure it was done correctly and we got the entire meal replaced which was incredibly unexpected. We had a good experience here.
Went with my family to this outback and it was fantastic! Aiyana was our waiter and she could not be more kind! I had family over from Venezuela who didn’t speak English very well and she was super patient when taking our orders. She was very understanding and was always checking on us! As well as other waiters, Tim brought out our food while giving us a smile. Dominic took our family pictures for us and gave us a good laugh that left us with a great night. They were amazing! All gave us great service and left us wanting to come back again! 10/10 recommend and if you get the chance, ask for Aiyana, Tim, or Dominic as one of your waiters! Thanks for all the laughs and great service!
