Worst service ever ? and the food was terrible ?. After waiting for over an hour for our food. Some of our orders was wrong. The Philly cheese steak was so salty and the macaroni and cheese was more like a cheese soup. The waitress never checked on us, we wasn't given any water to drink while waiting. We were so disappointed ? with our food that we ended up walking out.
I been waiting for an hour for my food only for the girl to tell me they out of Greens and she gave me a wing dinner instead of the fry chicken dinner. The luck I have trying new restaurants I honestly might never come back even if the food is good. Waiting an hour Is unacceptable I get the online orders but at one point I was the only person in the dining area. Just to add on because I just eat the fries Are soggy and the meatloaf taste like if you’re eating a cheap hamburger.the food is just straight trash. My wife just said the greens are salty.

Our daughter's apple juice had something in it that shouldn't have been and we couldn't get the employees attention to switch it out. They stayed in the back, only looking out the kitchen door window if the front door opened. Yes, we opened the door to get their attention and they still didn't come out. After we ordered, we found out another couple had been waiting an hour as well. Not impressed. Save your money and your time.

Amateurs......People need to stop telling people they can cook. Because this was far from good. I waisted $20.00. The Collard greens looked like they came out of a can and they were full of garlic. So you don't taste the greens all you taste is overpowering garlic. Mac n cheese was clumpy cheese wasn't even fully melted. Cheese didn't even stick to the noodles. The pork chops were tough not even smothered gravy was just poured on top. THIS IS A YOUNG COUPLE IN THEIR LATE 20'S WHO IS RUNNING THE PLACE. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JOINT!
I ordered the rib meal. The fries were really good however they were soggy. I ordered online and it took me an hour to get to the restaurant so that may be why they were like that.The mac and cheese was bland. I didn’t really taste anything and I didn’t finish it. The ribs were okay. I’m used to having ribs fall off the bone and I had to put up a fight to get the meat off the bone. The sauce was really good though.I also ordered a corn muffin that didn’t come with my order and didn’t realize it until now but it’s okay.
Visited here from out of town and the portions were terribly small compared to soul food places up north. Greens tasted store bought. The one piece of catfish did taste good and that was the only reason I'm given 2 stars and not one. Grits were not cooked entirely, which is strange since my wait time was longer than what was told to me.
Food is so amazing 1st time trying my family and i came late Sunday evening. We will be back

This place is a little gem! I'd been wanting to try it out, so I ordered six or seven menu items to try at home. Everything was fantastic: fresh, homemade, original recipes and flavors. And the prices are very good! Highest recommendation!
