Been here a couple times. IT'S AMAZING. The staff is a blast, her recommendation was spot on and we felt like we were the only ones there (the place was full); she took great care of us. The food was also AMZAING and very generous serving sizes. Recommend ordering a few items and eating family style, too many things to try and all are great.
Over the past 15 years I've been going to One Family, ownership may have changed but great Korean food with a comfortable atmosphere has been a staple. One Family offers traditional Korean dishes, all of which are great. However where One Family stands apart is their soup and stew offerings. They have the largest variety of authentic soups around. Discover for yourself why many Koreans have soup for meals daily.
If you want an authentic Korean restaurant experience- come here. Very quiet and intimate on most days like you are eating at your Korean ummas house. All the food is good. We have been several times now. Kimchi pancake , Kimchi Tofu Stew, Korean Chicken Wings , and Banchan are all great. If you want to feel like you are at a Korean family home dinner - make sure you get to this restaurant. A Tampa gem of a place.
Under new management and chef. Food is good, not great any more. Decent Korean food, not what it was.
Service is fast, the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. We ate everything on the plate.
One of my favorite Korean restaurants in the area. Very friendly staff. Pretty large menu and so far everything has been amazingly delicious. Really enjoy their seafood pancake. Nice selection of banchan. Favorite entree is galbi but everything I've ordered there has been delicious. Very homestyle Korean cooking. Conveniently located in the same building with a Korean grocery.
Amazing place! Serious nostalgia happened with every bite (was in Korea from 2001-2002). The yaki mandu(Korean dumpling) was delicious and tasted fresh. Bulgogi was tender and succulent. Chicken was perfectly spicy. No complaints about this place. FYI, the restaurant is fairly small, but if I lived near I would order take-out all the time instead. It was clean and the service was great! Furthermore, there is an authentic Korean supermarket next door (same building) of the restaurant. Sorry, I didn't get shots of the menu, I will upload them the next time I go.
Food was delicious! We ordered beef short ribs, KFC wings, sweet and sour pork, and fried dumplings. Recommend and looking forward to going back!
My husband and I bothkve korean food, therefore we were happy when we read the reviews and thought we found a winner. WRONG!!!! First, the waitress took forever to come to speak to us after being seated, I should have taken that as a clue. However, after we ordered the food took a long time to come out. Once it did, they really could have kept it. My food didn't even take up a section of the plate for $21, and it tasted like it was missing a very ingredients. My husband's food was tasteless if you don't consider the burnt taste. The only good side dish was the cucumbers, otherwise NO...the rice was hard like they had it sitting out for a while, and the waitress never came back to check on us. I ended up drinking my husband's water and he drunk his one can of coke before the food arrived. But he still willingly give me his cup of water. But when I was able to stop her for the check, she brought that in a hurry as well as picked up my card to pay with having to be beckoned. Overall, worse restaurants on our trip hands down so far....
Excellent Korean restaurant. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The golbi is the best I have ever tried. A nice, cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Our waitress Sue was great and witty. It made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
