Wow! Great, delicious and unique ice cream flavors. They only have a smaller selection of vegan flavors that we could try but they were all really yummy. We had the matcha passion fruit coconut, chocolate and coconut caramel. All were delicious. Also really like that they do ice cream flights so you can try multiple flavors. The flights are a good deal when comparing to other scoop prices. Would definitely go back and hopefully they change out and/or add more vegan options to the menu!
The ice cream variety is amazing, and allows you to escape your comfort zone of choices. The staff and service is great, Emma was extremely kind in helping us pick choices. We’ll definitely be back again.
Good ice cream, but felt very uncomfortable about the service. The server did not change gloves between customers, ice cream flavors or the register.I did not like how the server would touch her bangs and face and then serve. I saw her do this multiple times and then cash people out.I waited in a very long line and never saw her change gloves or wash her hands once. She also had dry flaky ice cream all up her arm.However, eventually a girl with red hair stepped out from the back of the store and helped us. She was very nice and washed her hands and put on new gloves.
I come here every time I'm in Hyde Park. There are always new and interesting flavors to try. and the staff is always very attentive - kindly offering samples and flavor suggestions - despite consistently having a line out the door. They really seem to know their products, which include gluten free/vegan options. Plus, they allow dogs inside!
Very good ice cream, good service. The peanut butter banana pudding ice cream alone is worth the trip there! It faces the park, so you can grab a cone or cup and sit outside enjoying the great Tampa weather and the ambiance of Hyde Park. A bit pricey, like most places in Hyde Park.
Had the cherry cheesecake and the peanut butter banana pudding. It was really good. They have lots of unique flavors and allow to sample as well. There are even vegan options.
I live in Hyde Park and this is the most overhyped ice cream shop in Hyde Park Village with the WORST customer service I've ever been in. I visited there and apparently the shop staff of three snooty teenagers were attempting to close early. I asked if they were still open and the boy looked to the other two girls as if he wasn't sure he should answer yes when there was another customer inside. Then one girl behind the counter with an earring in her nose was rude and dismissive. NOT ONE SMILE FROM ANY ONE IN THIS BUNCH. Then after I paid for the overpriced ice cream not one of the three said "thanks", "thanks for coming in" or " goodnight ". Awful!! Either they need training or need to find another way to spend their weeknights because clearly these three employees were more concerned about goofing off and getting home than doing their jobs which should be to serve ice cream with a happy attitude and smile. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN
