I've tried a number of meal prep companies and I've never felt like they knew who I was and that's understandable... I order the food and the meal prep company sends it. However, with NS, they know who I am, they write inspiring notes in some of the packages, they check in with me and make me feel like they too are rooting for me. I'm honored to write this review for a company that cares about their end users. Thank you Lilly and Joe! Must also point out that your chef is remarkable! The orange glazed turkey is my favorite along with the apple pie desert.
I couldn't ask for a better meal delivery service. The food is delicious and they give you a good variety each week so you can mix it up. I was very surprised at how delicious their donuts and other treats are as well. The customer support is awesome as well. You can live chat with them as opposed to just an email chain. They are very helpful and make it a point to give the best service as possible. If you are looking for a place to start for a change in lifestyle, Nutrition Solutions is definitely the place to start!
I’m disappointed.Not because of this amazing company, but because I haven’t pulled the trigger on signing up any sooner! I would hold off because of lame excuses like “‘money was tight” or “it’s just not good timing” but when you consider the amount of time and money you save when literally everything is provided to you, it pays back ten fold!If you’re on the fence because of reasons like I was, I strongly encourage you to test the waters and see how this service changes everything.Meals are delicious and there’s plenty of variety with them changing it up every week. They are very accommodating in the service like if you need a week off because you’re traveling for work.I definitely seeing this as a staple in my life for the prolonged future.
I have received my third week of meals from Nutrition Solutions and honestly couldn't be happier. Their meals aren't bland or show up frozen like other meal prep companies that I have used. (they even have these delicious protein donuts and cookies when the cravings really kick in) The customer service is absolutely phenomenal as well and they offer some really great resources as far as workouts, tips and supplements to their members. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using Nutrition Solutions for about a month now and I love it! The meals are delicious and healthy, macro friendly, and each week they have a new menu! My favorites have been the firecracker meatballs, clean cheatz donuts, and the bison Mac and cheese burger! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The food is fresh, the meals are always changing, and the delivery is always on time. And as great as the food is the customer service is even better. Highly recommend!
One amazing company. More than just a meal prep. Chris and his team are actually in it to help people. Not just sell. They legitimately care. Their food is amazing and always different every week. I like knowing that I don’t have to wonder if I’m eating healthy. If I have the proper macro portions, and worry about what I’m going to eat next. It’s all taken care of with NS. Give ‘em a shot.
I have been a client for 2 months now! Very happy with the results! This is hands down the best investment I've made in my health, worth every penny! I can go on and on about how good their chicken nuggets are or how good their donuts are but the one thing for me that makes it worth it, is CONVENIENCE. There aren't many things better than coming home after a long day, or just being tired and not wanting to cook than knowing all I need to do is toss my measured food into the microwave. That's a HUGE relief, everyday.NS makes it so easy to follow my lifestyle, with a wide variety of meals every week. If you don't want something in particular, cool... you can omit it. If you want more of something, cool they'll give you more of that meal if you omit something.Their customer service is phenomenal also. They aren't robots with generic responses, they really cater to your needs and are very personable. Always getting back to you, making things right if need be (without a hassle).The coolest part is they'll randomly surprise you with things. My GF usually gets the 10 meal starter pack, but one week NS sent her 15 meals with 3 extra breakfasts JUST BECAUSE.I would give NS more than 5 stars if I could, like I said this is the best investment I've made in my health. If you do the same, you won't regret it.
