This was undoubtedly the worst bbq we've ever eaten. We ordered burnt ends and were given rib tips instead that appeared to be baked, didn't look grilled at all. But they did taste like lighter fluid. The meat was tough and hard to eat. Same for the ribs. The sides were ALL disgusting, everything tasted like vinegar. Mac n cheese was Velveeta shells n cheese with a bunch of vinegar added, potato salad tasted dry/bland and store bought, baked beans tasted like vinegar and lighter fluid, greens tasted like liquid smoke. We ordered food for 4 people and all of it ended up in the trash.
I also reviewed as liquidtheorems but the 9 dollar pork belly burnt ends bowl needed it's own. It's not just white rice. It's like jambalaya with the burnt ends in top. Do not drive past this place.

I've lived in The South. Been to the best hole-in -the walls and high end BBQ's there are across the country. This is my favorite, hands down. The meat and the sides are ridiculously amazing. The meat is so soft and cooked to perfection. The only gripe was that the jerk chicken was a little dry. The burnt ends will make your week! Mark runs it and is a great guy!
Very good authentic BBQ. I wasn't hungry until I smelled the aroma coming from his truck and decided to strike up a convo and place an order. Glad I did!
