I have been here twice and both times I was satisfied by the food. The wait time is a bit of an inconvenience but is worth it. Really enjoy the ‘iced coffee’. A hot coffee poured over iced coffee cubes. The bagels are fresh and delicious and the gourmet cream cheese is soft and flavorful. Wish they had a line for a simple bagel and coffee order. Sometimes have to wait for orders of breakfast sandwiches and other large orders. Nonetheless delicious food, good coffee!
Great little find. We have probably driven by this little plaza a thousand times in the years that we've lived here and finally stopped for breakfast last week. Great bagels super friendly service. Definitely busy on weekend mornings - as a good bagel place should be - but the wait is never horribly long. They have a couple of tables for outdoor seating as well as some inside. Great selection of bagel flavors as well.

The best bagels in the area and their cream cheese spreads are unmatched.EDIT:The bagels are delicious, however, I agree with other reviewers who state that the owner is consistently rude and demeaning to his staff. I have gone in on several different occasions and the atmosphere is awkward and tense. You can tell on the employees faces that they are over it and hate being there and I don't blame them at all. I feel so bad for them. If a mistake is made, instead of using it as a teaching moment, they are berated and made to feel stupid. Food is good but the business needs to be run better. I'll be going elsewhere for my bagels in the future.
This place has really good bagels, but like any of the thousands of restaurants in Tampa - there’s a lot of good food, but it’s usually the service that makes the difference. When we’re inside this shop, it’s uncomfortable. The owner has an unpleasant attitude, and is very rude and demanding to his employees in front of his customers. I can only imagine their humiliation as they try to keep up with the demands and lack of clear process. He should teach them and get down a process outside of business hours. If there is a teaching moment, you pull them aside and don’t make it a public criticism moment. I feel bad for the people who work for him as he clearly is under stress but doesn’t realize the environment he is creating. It’s tense, awkward to just stand there and witness, and unfortunately for those reasons we probably won’t be back. I’d rather get a good bagel elsewhere where the atmosphere is pleasant and more professional.
When it comes to bagels this may be the best kept secret in Tampa. Easily the best bagels I've had in the area. The bagels are fluffy as your expert from NY style but with a slight sweetness and crispy exterior found in a Montreal style. My only personal complaint is that they are not closer to me?. With that said I don't mind going out of my way for great bagels
They get 2 stars for the food. The owner is nice to the patrons but was rude and demanding to his employees. It makes for a tense and stressful environment. He spoke poorly of them in front of them to us at the register. He complains about always having new employees..people quit on managers not on jobs. Having been in the industry myself at one point I felt very bad for these young kids.

Everything looked so good I forgot to take pictures of the food... but here's our empty plates. The bagels were delicious, firm outside and soft chewy inside. Also highly recommend the spanikopita! Thanks for a great breakfast!
