Accidentally ordered from the Bamboo Express in Tampa when I meant to order from a restaurant with the same name in Jacksonville. Called to explain my mistake and offer to pay for my food regardless as it was my mistake but was cut off and hung up on before I could offer to pay.

Normally a good place, but notice really cut back on accompanying vegetables & stuff.Ordered Bourbon Chicken....WOW, Boring ? ?Cut up pieces of chicken, and a Dry rice stir-fry.And a "Bourbon" sauce. That's it. Nada mas.They use to add Onion, or Broccoli, Carrots, ...But Nothing.Bummed Out. Not Impressed

I always enjoy my meal here.i usually get spicy tuna roll and bourbon chicken and spicy lol mein . It's always ready fast, piping hot, and delicious
They lost so much quality. I used to buy a lot because they are close from my house,now I rather drive. If you order something with shrimp good luck,3 or 4 shrimp that’s what you get . Hopefully they fix it soon I used to love this place
Ordered chicken chowmein as soon as they opened, an order that was supposed to take 20 min. When I arrived 30 min later, I still had to wait outside another 10 min. When I got the food home, it was very dry vegetables with 5 slivers of chicken. Seriously, how do you screw up the most basic Chinese food? This place USED to be good... maybe it's under new management but whatever the reason, I wont be back!
