The beef and cheese empanadas are great! I also had a Cuban sandwich. It was very good. Bread was a little harder than I expected and hurt my mouth a little bit. Other than that, their food was great!

Sad to say but the customer service by phone it’s no a very good experience. I called a long time ago, for a pick up order and the man that takes the order it’s been kind of rude and not “understanding” what I’m saying over the phone. I can believe that I called today and it was the same exact person and he is not “understanding the way I’m talking”. I mean, he doesn’t sounds a very happy employee working with customers. I love Mr Empanada and it’s the closest to my job and house, and for this inconvenience… no thanks
My go-to spot in tampa. Not only is the food outstanding, everyone that works there is so kind and treat everyone like family. And shout out to Tyler, great guy and is the reason I drive an extra 2 miles to this shop instead of the Mr Empanada closer to me. Easily my favorite spot to grab food by a long shot.
This is the perfect snack if you go from Tampa downtown to Clearwater beach. The empanadas are made out of flour, they are deep fried, have a decent size, the flavor is good.

My go to place to order some empanadas close to the Hyde Park area! I have tried both the Cuban sandwich and the beef and cheese empanadas, they did not disappoint! Really do recommend when ordering on Uber, Doordash, etc. The food always comes quick and yummy!
Excellent empanadas at a great price with nice folks. Wife and I split one of every empanada. We all of them. Will definitely be back!!
